Any tips for getting rid of a sweet craving? I used to binge like mad on chocolate but since the hypnotherapy a month ago, I haven't done that at all but at the weeknd it was the attack of the killer jelly babies and yesterday I found my self eating with a spoon out of my sons powdered milkshake, I just needed a sweet hit (not very MSE but I have since binned the left over powder and don't intend to buy that or jelly babies again! :o )

I don't know if this is helpful or not ... but my experience of hypnotherapy was just like that. I was put off chocolate and that worked fantastically. I had no craving for chocoalate at all and in fact found even the small repellant (sp?), couldn't even have a sprinkle of choc on my cappucino. BUT, a really big but, I just ate mints instead. As far as weght loss was concerned it made no difference at all. :(
I hope you're more successful than I was.

God I've been eating like a big fat pie the past 2days, I ate mammoth fajitas last night with sour cream and guacamole, I really dread to think of the calories in those......

My little sister is coming down today after school so I told her we would make cakes - I love the buttercream icing, and I think Twinks hobnobs will be making an appearence.

I think it may be because I've kinda started a period, I've got stomach cramps and the achy legs but I guess the implant is preventing an actual flow.

I'm trying to cut down on my Diet Coke addiction aswell, let's see how that goes.

Oh and last night I thought it would be a good idea to cut my fringe - NOT, I have a techno fringe now, so that will be getting clipped back until it's long enough for a hairdresser to make it into a side fringe again.

Well done all the losers and STS :)

-2lb off for me please raphyay.gif. If I could lose another 2lbs then I will begin to believe I can keep control of the weight gain situation. 3 weeks loses in a row and I think I may qualify as truely lilacked.

Gorgeous day. We may go for a walk if OH is up to it.

On the way to mosaic class I stepped in to stop a street brawl taking off!!
And it worked!! (all I did was walk between them and say to one - "I'd leave it mate, he's not worth it". And he stopped and walked away swearing (not at me). Where to I apply for my OBE?
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

I agree with you beanie, but I was instinctively confidence neither party were the type to carry knives. And it was utter spur of the moment so not brave - more a case of sunshine euphoria inducing a sense of omnipetant ability:D

    Hey all
I am having another bad day (seem to be more bad than good recently!) Went to see my aunt who in about to go in for a masectomy and she had made chocolate fudge cupcakes with easter bunnies on them - they were so good I had 2!

In other news - i have discovered Foodfocus and its my new obsession!! Its got nearly everything on it and saves so much time calculating! Although it has left me with only 150 cals for dinner :-(
