STS for me please Raph :j
Really happy with that result so a full week of eating normal and I haven't put any weight on. So have to say I am over the moon with that result. Just wish I could drink coffee without feel sick though (left over from the tummy bug  )
Andyslinz - If you are heading to the tummy bug I had good luck!! It was the worst upset tummy I have ever had and exercise will be the last thing on your mind...... Just keep your fluids up and your fingers crossed.
Annie - Well done on your loss and determination. That is an impressive loss I hope it continues for you.
BB - your dinner sounds lovely and much better than craving chocolate
Victory - got upto 3500 on the wii fit free step this morning, am I getting close ??
Well done to all the losses this week and the STS too
I think i need to look into getting some sugar free jelly as I think that may help with my sweet cravings. :EasterBun Thanks scary for that advice.
Have a good evening everyone :beer:Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed
Need to loose 25lb / 3lb lost so far0 -
Hope I'm not being really stupid or asking an obvious question...but what does lilacked mean??
And Annie, well done on the loss! thats fab! what is this cd then??
Thanks for the exercise advice missy, but i sillily (is that how u spell it!) did davina super fit and super abs...should have passed on the abs really! But I was feeling fine after my tea and I wouldn't have done it if I didn't feel up to it.
Anyway feeling much better now, so no worries.
Does anyone have any websites that you all go on regularly, with sort of diet plans or exercise plans on them? I'm really feeling as though I need some sort of plan to follow, I can't do it on my own anymore, it's too hard! I haven't got the knowledge! Each day differs from what I eat to what exercise I do, i need to find a balance.
I guess its just getting to me and I need a bit of a routine to stick to. Any ideas?
Good luck to all who have got weigh ins tomorrow

Congrats to the losers and STSers too.

bb, maybe you could use different styles of spank and see if he guesses? you could go for playful, cheeky, you-didn't-empty-the-washing-machine . . . ooh, that could on for ages!
reporting 2.8kg on which is no surprise. Looking back at the food diary over the last week i've been all over the place, stressed and tired and eating far too much takeaway food. Iwant at least half of this back off next week so i must make more effort.
not going to go into yesterdays plan becuase i just ate everything in sight yesterday. work got totally out of control. I was still there at 1740 with the ops director trying to find out how out of three systems we have running, not a single one of them matched up to the orders we have for the ministry of defence. really hoping for a better day today.0 -
Well done to all the losers and sts:j :j

Good morning and well done to losers/sts and wishing you a better week this week gainers xxx
Its weigh in day for me so will post my weight once I get back from rc class later. I haven't got on my scales here this morning so I don't know if I have managed to undo the weekends damage or not.
Any tips for getting rid of a sweet craving? I used to binge like mad on chocolate but since the hypnotherapy a month ago, I haven't done that at all but at the weeknd it was the attack of the killer jelly babies and yesterday I found my self eating with a spoon out of my sons powdered milkshake, I just needed a sweet hit (not very MSE but I have since binned the left over powder and don't intend to buy that or jelly babies again!)
Yesterday stuck pretty much to plan and ate 1201 cals plus however much it was for the milkshake powderDid 2 rc classes and 30mins wiifit free step getting 3151 steps which is my most yet I think.
Todays plan is
Milk (200 cals) :j
B spec k inc milk (150 cals) :j
Exercise class & weigh in
L - spag bol (no cheese I have decided!) (350 cals)
T - Pork, potato & veg (approx 400 cals)
Exercise 30 mins wii fit when boys in bed
Exercise RC class at 8pm
Supper - grapes & choc crispie bun (200 cals)
Linz - hope you are feeling better now x
Katie - sorry to hear of your gain and I hope that things settle down this week with work for you,
Fingers crossed that the scales are good to me this morning as I am trying hard but fed up of the vicious circle at the momentI feel that if I can have 2 weeks with losses then I will be reinsentivised (iykwim)

It originated when I was doing the chart a few months ago and with the flood of new members in Jan, I highlighted them on the chart in pink, so all newbies would know who all the other newbies were and highlighted all longer term members in lilac who'd been slipping a bit for quite a wee while and who wanted their totals to be returned to zero, to start over.

You are right BB, I don't think I am quite ready to be lillacked just yet!
