I have felt so ill the past few hours, just nausea, well I pinched some of OH's nachos, gobble gobble and they made me throw up but the worst part was, I don't have adanoids (sp) so when I throw up it tends to come out my nose, well a bit of Jalapeno got stuck up there. My nose still hurts

That was a bit TMI, but at least if your hand is reaching for those minstrels, you'll feel to icky to munch them :p

Buttonmoons you made me laugh so much I'm spitting my water out of my nose:rotfl:
Cherrypie Welcome, we all need a bit of chasing sometimes-I think we've all had a chance to play the prodigal child at some time or another.
Beanilou I'm sorry to hear your hips and knees are taking strain. If SS works for you then that's what you should do...you know we'll all be here waiting to see how you're getting on...I don't think I've ever asked-do you wear orthotics?
NMM :naughty: now,now-remember where you came from ;):D

I'm back from the community centre. I really enjoyed myself-although I did cop out on the dancing (it looked like it required way too mach co ordination) I'm quite proud too as I only had one guiness and one brandy with half a coke. And I've had my three litres of water today too (excluding tea and coffee)

i'm really phobic about being sick, it's my mum's fualt i reckon. When i was little and done that being sick thing and went into mums room crying she used to pull the duvet over her head and scream 'GET OUT!' because she's really phobic about it. It's bad though because even my body needs to, i'll fight it all the way.

    well yesterdays plan was . . .
    ricicles, milk and oj,
    cocopops, milk, some sweetcorn
    cup soup
scampi, chips and peas, tom juice.
    and ended up . . .
    ricicles, milk and oj,
    cocopops, milk, some sweetcorn
scampi, chips and peas, tom juice.

so yay! i stuck to plan. and I got the back seam, front seam and sleeves done on my dress so made lots of progress on that. I was sewing whilst watching the three musketeers and kept getting distracted. Kiefer Sutherland and Charlie Sheen, in their prime with tight trousers and swords. It just doesn't get any better than that.

    today is

special k berry, milk and oj
don't know about lunch as out all day
lamb pie with veg(OH can have chips but i won't)

Good morning everyone. Weigh day today and it was like christmas morning. DF and DS brought their tea into the bedroom and "gathered" round the scale. I keep going back to do it again because it said 88.7kg's:jI went onto the conversion site to find out what my 2.5kg loss was in pounds and discovered it was 5.5!!!Is that right?
And my water is at 45%. I can't believe it at all.I really didn't do much that was trying this week-just cut out the snacks, drank a lot more water and walked a bit more.
Oh by the way, in foodfocus...I can't add my current weight, it gives the option for 88.9 and 88.5-I logged it as 88.9, but is there a way for me to add a note somewhere?
