    Hello all,

It feels like it's been a long day today, but that's probably because OH woke me up at 7am sniffing - I think his allergies were kicking off, but who knows?

I took my 2 eldest boys out to the shops today, the eldest wanted to buy some sports clothes for his PE class assessment next week, and to just have a mooch around. He turns 17 next week, but he was still struggling not to buy Lego! boys never grow up I guess. I had planned we'd be home for lunch, but they wanted to go into the shopping centre, so ended up being there for lunch. What to do? Unplanned eating out, my worst nightmare! They wanted a McD's - I didn't. In the end I sent them off to McD's while I went in M&S. I had a salmon & cucumber sandwich, low cal yogurt, low cal crisps, which I shared. I also bought some 97% meat sausages, which we've had for tea. I was a bit surprised to see the sausages & bacon was actually cheaper to buy than in my other local supermarkets! Who'd have thought? I was really pleased that I'd found a good alternative meal choice, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Food today:
    B - porridge
L - salmon & cucumber wholemeal sandwich, rhubarb yogurt (60 cals), low fat crisps (85 cals)
Snack - cranberry & orange hot x bun (190 cals)
    D - sausages (270 cals), mash & mixed veg

I feel absolutely stuffed now! Won't feel the need to snack at all for the rest of the night. Hoping to get an early night as I have a bit of a headache after my earlier than planned start.

Buttons, the price for those trainers, with the fitting is really good. I would be interested to find a local place to me that did that. I damaged my knee running, and I'm sure it was down to new trainers.

Marion, glad to see you posting again. I find that if I don't see foods to tempt me, I forget they're there, and don't eat them.

OH scoured the cupboards when I was out looking for a treat, and found nothing! I've ensured everything was either eaten or thrown out, so there's only healthy choices to be had! That's how not to be tempted I say, and he was actually grateful he told me.

No shed building going on, OH's back is still in recovery and sore, so I'll have to plan other exercising activities to keep me active.

Cherrypie, you must do 1000 situps in 10 mins or you can't join ;) only kidding, just post your gain/loss on your chosen weigh in day to be included in the 5lb a month challenge. Then post often so we get to know you, what are you doing at the moment to help with your weight loss?

Beanie, i hope the class gets you back on the right track, good luck.

Sary, well done on avoiding McD's :)

Completed super fit and abs tonight, my hands are giving me a bit of pain but luckily i don't need them for exercising :) Hope you are all well and enjoying the weekend.

Cancel me wanting to join, have just died of fright!!

I used to do WW and my day was Tuesday, so I will post my horrific weight this Tuesday coming. Now I must warn you all, I'm rubbish! I used to go with my Sis, and she is terrifying, so I need someone to take her place. Who would like to tell me off when I have a bad week????

I'm currently 11st something and would like to be 9st something!!

Don't be embarrassed Beanie, I've been there, done that and got the t -hirt SO many times ... as have most of us. If slimming worked the first itme and stayed working we wouldn't be here on this thread or at classes or anything. (Well, we might still be on the thread because it's fun ;) )
