    Morning everyone

I'm off to playgroup in a few hours so I thought I'd pop in and say a quick Hi before I do. Having my Special K at the moment. Will be going to lunch at the park cafe today with one of the ladies from the group and her nephew...so I'm thinking of one of their avo sarnies...or a tuna and sweetcorn salad. DF got home last night with flowers for me:jHe says he only realised yesterday morning how I had been eating this week-and he thought it would be fair to give me a cheat treat so we are doing the chippie tonight.

Ecercise will be another big walk today considering playgroup is one end of town and the park on the other...but I'll check it on google maps when I get back and update here.
Hope everyone has a very good day today.

Morning all, hope that you are all in for a good day today. I was supposed to be going to playgroup this morning but realised in the middle of the night that the pram is in my parents car!! arrgghhh ah well give me chance to get some chores done I guess!!

Was really happy with how yesterday went diet wise, I ate what I planned and even had cals left to have some bread to dip into my gravy after tea (lush gravy!!) came in well under cals yesterday 1320/1500 and drank all the water I had planned on too. Did my 6th RC class of the week last night and thank god it was the last one as my legs were aching like mad! feel ok this morning though thankfully.
Re hypnotherapy, I had it just over a month ago as I was really struggling to get back on track diet wise with the sleepless nights I was still having with my then 6 month old, I couldn't settle myself cos I knew I was gonna be up again for 30mins every couple of hours with him. Now though I fall asleep really quickly and am def more settled (and Daniel has started to go through the night more too which has helped) So I think I am eating generally better because I am giving more thought to what we are going to eat rather then just grabbing something on the run if that makes sense.

    OK todays plan is

    milk allowance - 200 cals
    B - spec k (inc milk) 150 cals
fruit mid am - 50 cals
    L - spag bol - 350 cals
fruit mid pm - 50 cals
T- fajietas (sp?) 500 cals ish

Drinks aiming for 10 x squash again today - 40cals

Exercise - 30 mins wii Free step & 62 mins RC dvd
Following :money: to keep us debt free :j

Awww I would love to see enrique!! he's gorgeous! And I am wanting MJ tickets too, but theres not a chance in hell I will be able to find any. Mind I did see LOTS on ebay, one had me in disbelief £9000 buy it now for two tickets! 9 GRAND!!! Makes me sooo angry, when real fans can't get tickets, and theres ppl making HUGE profits selling them on. It wouldn't be very MSE to go paying 9k would it?
zzzzzzz Friday finally...I'm sooooo glad! My sister is coming over tonight and we are going to watch marley and me, we had initially decided we were going to have a takeaway...but I am going to make a Sizzle and Stir Tikka Massala with chicken, and shared between me, my sis and andy, it wont be that bad. I will pack it with onions and mushrooms, and I got these cute mini nanns from aldi, so will have some of those too.
    So plan for today is:
Breakfast-Special K with SS Milk --DONE
    Dinner-!!!!-a-leekie Soup, Small bread bun
    Snack-Low fat yoghurt
Tea-Chicken tikka massala, rice and mini naan
Snack-Cereal Bar / Banana (depending how hungry I am, since we watching a film I am being good not to get the popcorn out...but if it calls, I bought some mini bags on butterkist 105 cals per bag, they're ideal for the taste but good cos its not a HUGE bag that you feel the need to finish!)
ooooh and there might be wine too...:p But I will get my good wine from tesco, its called Tesco Rose Lambrusco Light (it's half the alcoholic units, which means theres only 3 units in a bottle!) And it's only like £1.80 or something a bottle!

Had my rest night last night, felt good, and had a great nights sleep too! Probably be resting again tonight, since I don't get in till 5.30 and sis is coming at 7. Unless I could maybe persuade her to join in on davina...she is trying to lose weight too...hmmmm:rolleyes:
    xxx
Be back at dinner time, to read about everyone elses day! Good Luck
LOL-Dinner !!!! that is meant to say C-O-C-K-A-LEEKIE!!!! hahaha made me giggle when it blanked it out!

We went to see Marley and me on wednesday very funny and sad,Jonathan Ross reviewed it as happy harmless mildly funny fluffy film that makes you forget about the credit crunch but has no real message, guess he's right:D

Is anyone around?? I am looking at these 3G Hula Hoops, has anyone got one, or had experience with one? As I am interested in buying it. http://www.3ghoop.co.uk/
They seem too good to be true, apparantly doing this for 10 minutes and you can burn 300 calories. It is meant to be the equivelent of doing hundreds of sit ups...maybe I might have that washboard stomach sooner than I thought :D

I had a look and it says "Burn up to 300 caloires per seesion" :rotfl:

If you like the look of it and think it's something you'll get your money's worth from then I'd say go for it!

I would not expect to be burning anything like 300 calories per 10 minutes though - at maximum running effort I burn about 266 calories in 30 minutes, and that's the sort of effort that would flatten me. The calories you burn will depend on your size, gender, age and fitness level :)

I like that look of that hoop too. Mainly because it would target my problem area (The GUT)

I don't think it could burn 300calories though, I went full pelt on my exercise bike for 15minutes (That's a record for me!) last night and I only burned 76 calories. That's not even a kitkat finger.....

I don't think the hoop will do as advertised, seems a bit much, personally i'd stick to Davina's abs and try six pack probably do more good. I bought an abgymnic belt, you know the one equivelent to 300 situps, blah blah, was only a fiver but what rubbish :rotfl: I gotta admit though, i bought a Rio Sauna Belt (SNAB) for £40, it didn't do anything for me, but my OH used it and he lost several inches, he can't exercise due to chronic pain so it was great for him. It also stopped him feeling bloated all the time which was a relief :)

I have a power plate (that I never use) and apparently 10minutes on that is like an hour at the gym or some rubbish. I would use it but it's got a wee plate so apart from stretches on it, I have no idea what I could actually do. I'd fall of f attempting to get do a sit up on it!
