Dragon there is no justice in the world -- at least the crutches should have some benefit other than just keeping you upright.
Vix you constantly make me laugh. Have you ever considered a career in stand-up comedy? What on earth does 'looks totally Scottish' mean?
BB you've been very quiet again -- are you OK?0 -

hello peeps: thanks for worrying -I'm sorry to have unintentionally disappeared on you: I've just been have a nice time on my week's leave:o and not around so much, as it has actually coincided with feeling quite good:j .I'm also trying to spend some more of my computer time on my creative writing project - MSE is sooo addictive:D and so tempting and I find it very easy to be distracted. And the thread is so busy at the mo (which is great) I am struggling a little to keep up and don't like missing people out if I comment on stuff:o .
Anyway, after my lovely jubbly walk on Monday, I had a lovely day on my own with my parents on Tuesday and yesterday a nice day of mosaic making and today I've been doing lots of bulk cooking and tomorrow we are visiting the area in West Surrey that I grew up in (will wave as I pass Missy) and seeing old friends.
Weight wise, I braved the scales and have pulled myself back from the brink of disaster (slipping into the next stone...). Phew.
Sary - having a cold will definitely affect your appetite. No really, I'm not just being nice. There's a reason for the old saying 'feed a cold'. So do be kind to yourself.
EDIT: vix - 'BB defo looks Brighton': I seem to remember when you saw a photo of me last year you were disappointed I didn't live up to your expectations of dreadlocks and purple tiedye:DI try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Phew! BB is okay and indeed better than okay, go BB :beer:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

L - left over spag bol + 1oz cheese :j done:j
then lost the plot ate about 6 slices of fruit toast with butter and 4 alpen light bars & 4 dry ryvitas arrggghhhhh must try harder
T - [strike]gammon, veg, potato[/strike]didn't have this as I wasn't hungry suprise suprise
then 30mins free step on the wii fit  didn't do this as my 7mo is teething and we struggled to settle him so didn't have time:rolleyes:
followed by my 6th & final RC class of the week :j DONE :j
Fruit for the day, 4oz grapes :j DONE:j , [strike]small banana, an apple

 Lost control and binged on bread/cereal bars and didn't get the 30mins wii fit done but I aren't going to beat myself up about it, I just need to try and come up with different ways of dealing with my tiredness etc (and Daniel won't be teething forever!!!)
:jAte breakfast & lunch as planned, did my exercise class tonight and I managed to up my fluid intake.
Focus on the positives I say!

Hi all , saw some posts about the Wii fit and just thought i would leap straight in.
There has been a good loophole about them,
Marshall ward give you £30 for being a new customer, sign up through quidco and you get a further discount on top. I think there is a code for free delivery as well. So Wii fit is over half the price. Mine was bought by for me for my birthday and i am beating the kids on the skiing so far and on the balance.DD2 loves it for Yoga.
It was bought by all the family and at a tenner each was a frugal birthday pressie. Just a thought.

Bob xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
