hello all, just a flying visit from me as I am busy (nice busy) enjoying my weeks leave. Some great losses coming in.
Put me down as sts please raph , as I am avoiding the scales at the mo:o . I had a few days off from my drugs last week and it made a huge difference to my appetite so I know I have an uphill task while on them.
Loved the photos beanie:D You look in good shape to me:T .
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Great thanks :) we went looking at dresses and rings today.

I was going to wear a suit, and C was going to wear the dress, but that's changed now that I found the perfect dress today :D it looks so nice on me now I've lost the weight.
The top is like a corset at the back, and my waist is so slim :D

We've seen some rings we like, as we've got different engagement rings, we'd like the same wedding ring. We've got a few choices, so that will need some thinking about.

katiepoppycat - no worries I thought it would be something like that.

Raph - thanks for the chart, I'm gonna make that 5lb target this month, hopefully in the next 2 weeks hehe.

Well done to all the losers and STS'ers, and wow 9lb for Alliwantistosave!

Welcome to the newbies who joined us :D

Well hectic couple of days for me yesterdays food..
Breakfast - OatsoSimple Golden Syrup porridge and Tassimo Latte
Lunch - Salad and Splendips light Mango and Chutney with popadoms, muller vitality yoghurt, healthy living hot x bun and scraping of flora light and an apple.
Dinner - Chicken and veg stirfry.
10.15 - Skinny cow mint hot choc.

No snacks so that was good, like Hannah I really need to up my liquid intake tend to only get through half cups of coffee or tea in my breaks. Usually have black coffee, redbush or fruit tea so not listing these as they're not paticularly bad and I tend to only have 2.

    Today...

Breakfast - weetabix and 3/4 banana (dog had the other bit hehe) 2 cups of Tassimo latte (the second one was due to a shift bodge at work! Grrr!)
Lunch - Splendip light salsa and something ( there on special offer at tesco atm so hence so many of them hehe), chicken sweetcorn slim a soup, Muller light rhubarb, snack pack apples and grapes.
Dinner - Healthy eating quiche with oven chips and WW beans, oh and a cheese topped roll dont know why just fancied it.
Will probably have another hot choc before bed too :)

Still did pants with the liquid intake, just dont have the time to drink!

Did loads of cleaning and lugging stuff about at work today so am hoping I burned of a few extra cals.

Off for a shower now, don't know where this week has gone but its gone fast!

  • Thanks for all the nice comments I don't think I deserve slimmer of the week as a tummy bug is not the best way to loose weight. But now I am feeling much better I bet some of it will creep back on again so expect a gain next week :(

Just in case people got the wrong impression of my last post I didn't take any laxatives or anything like that I just couldn't keep anything down for 3 days so that is what caused it............ I'm more happy that now on the chart I have lost my 1st stone YAY :T

Have my doctors appointment tomorrow so fingers crossed I can find out how long this shoulder is going to take to heal. I must admit I am very tempted to start my cross training again as I'm going slightly stir crazy not being able to really exercise apart from walking. I know I should take it easy and wait for it to heal but I am not a very good at waiting.

It is currently snowing like anything here and I cannot believe they said it was not going to hit us!!! So here goes another few days of madness cause of snow:p

Have a good night everyone
