Haven't posted for the previous two weeks as was STS - quite surprised lost anything this week to be honest as I drank four glasses of wine over the last week - maybe it is the magic weight loss drink!!!

Hi andyslinz, yay another davina fan :T Super Body is by far my favourite one so far. The super pump adds 10 mins upper body to the super sculpt routine if that is your problem area, it's thrown in at the start of the workout after the warmup. The super legs is added at the end of the super sculpt routine, in the words of davina its squatastic ;) The super abs is added at the end of the super fit routine, it always do that one now, instead of the basic one. I've not done super six pack but it seemed to be stand alone. To tone your "bingo wings" i suggest the super pump routine and increase the weights, they'll be gone in no time :j

Well done on the losses, nice photo Buttonmoons, you look different to how i imagined in a good way of course :)

Thanks for that NMM I wasn't sure how you were meant to incorporate the seperate sections into the routine, because I have a copy Shhh!! Lol...so I don't get the menu bit at the beginning and so I have to use my remote to navigate through the dvd to find the sections, I've got the timing written down for it tho, so it's easy to skip to them. So am I meant to do Warm Up from Super Sculpt then Super Pump then the rest of super sculpt? That makes sense now to me, because the dvd runs super fit-super sculpt-super legs-super pump-super abs-super six pack, and I thought you were just meant to do the extra bits whenever, but then a did get a little concerned about warm up/cool down etc...ahhh glad uv cleared that up for me!

My food for the day is/has been (currently eating lunch whilst I type)
Breakfast-Ready brek with semi skimmed milk and sweetner
    Snack- Raisin cereal bar
Lunch- Baxters !!!!-a-leekie soup (Yummm, I have never had this before and am eating it now, and I love it! I'm usually quite weary of bringing new food to work, cos if i don't like it I have nothing else, but this one is a success!)
Snack - Low fat pineapple yoghurt
Tea - Salmon fillet, new potatoes and rocket

And desperate housewives is on tonight so I usually allow myself a little treat when this is on...so I will probably have either a weight watchers chocolate cake bar OR carrots and celery sticks with sour cream and chive dip!

Good Luck with your weigh ins everyone

    Hi guys, great losses :T

Andyslinz, sounds comlicated without the menu :rotfl: The super fit is a complete routine (warmup, workout, cooldown) same with the super sculpt. The extra sections are after the warmup or before the cooldown. Don't do the whole DVD in one go, unless you want to get fit in a week :rotfl: Yes do the sculpt warmup-pump-workout-cooldown, hope that helps. I had that happen on a dvd once, pop it in the pc and browse to the disc its most likely a folder in a folder, if you find the main files (Video_TS folder) it may have a menu, its just been burnt wrong. (Audio_TS and Video_TS should be the only folders on the disc, rip them then reburn it)
