Thanks for the support folks - I dusted myself off this morning - re-read my Rosemary Conley magazine and started tracking my food again on Calorie Count (it turned out that yesterday when I ate the most I have done for a week I only ate 400 calories! so I dread to think how little I had eaten on previous days :o)

So time to "kick start" myself again! - here's hoping for a better week/month coming up!

Just completed the Super Sculpt workout with my new weights, i only used the lightest possible 1kg + bar and it made the workout so much harder i was sweating like a pig. It'll be worth it and hopefully i'll make the 5lb challenge this month :rotfl: I need a HHSS for the rest of the night now :p

Dragon are you really eating such a little tiny amount? I didn't realise that your meds had such a drastic effect. Oh Dragon :(:(

Have printed off what you said Sary - really appreciate the effort you took, we have a wii fit and my daughter does use it, I will start using it with her.....

Tea tonight we had chicken grilled on George F grill with boiled potatoes and lots of veg and yoghurt for pudding, though daughter had a small bowl of ice cream and a biscuit with her cup of tea.

No biscuits in house now so no temptation.

Son asked me if I was going to Asda... thought he might need something for school, but wanted some diet coke and some wine gums .... nope not going...

Think it might be a long hard slog but day one completed.. well almost :-)

Back on track this week. So far avoided my pack up bits this evening and actually fancy fruit for a change - wonder if i'm unwell? Took advantage of the nice weather today and went for a run/jog at lunchtime, was amused by the lyrics of the songs my mp3 player selected - one was c'mon and another towards the end definitely had the line "I can't go any faster":rotfl: I knew how he felt!

BB: Wow, congratulations to your husband. I'm soo happy for your both. Great news. Its kinda funny how your husband has had rejections, and here we are in the crunch and got one! If you get what i mean.

Granny: Thanks for the advice, as always. I feel more better now. Oh and p.s you really are funny! its the little pics and things. Although i did think you had posted a pic of a women during labour :p

I had a fab weekend, got drunk so that was quite nice. I know, bad.
My friend also told me she had ovarian cancer at 15, so i cried my eyes out in the central reservation ha. So sad. I've decided that what Jade Goody is doing is fantastic, i think too often young people see cancer as a disease that effects older people and i think that what Jade is doing is making everyone who is young realise it can happen at any age.

Hope all is groovy and thanks to fredsnail and others for the advice on the job, im still fingers crossing.

    anyway, night all!
