Hi nmm, yes I'm definitely up for lots of HHSS tonight.
The 1/4 inch came off of my thigh, that's why I think it must be added muscle, because I'm measuring smaller but weighing more.
We just had a chinese takeaway tonight. Will have to go to the gym or out cycling tomorrow now :rotfl:
By the way, I've never got round to the Davina DVD, it's really hard to exercise in my house we've got so much 'junk' I can't help but bash chairs, clothes airer, toys etc - can't sell it on though 'cos it's definitely a copy.

Oops! Maybe it was me missing the joke
Any stretching upwards also involves the lights.

Can I join in on the HHSS this evening BB and nnm?
Well done FFM - you seem to have got your self going a gain - I'm glad you are fine with the small gain.
And well done for getting going on the wii fit mambury - I do think they sound great fun and a good way of getting motivated to exercise in your own home.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Good luck with it all - you will do it! I have a lot of weight to lose as well but haven't been to see about my BP or anything - how do you get a GP referral to the gym do you mind me asking??
Hi,
Sorry for the delayed response. I went to see GP to measure my blood pressure. While i was there we got talking about my weight (as that can increase blood presure). they took my weight and also measure around my waist using a special tape measure and i was in the red zone  . with the combination of the weight and my wast size they asked if i would be interested getting a gp referal to join the gym (which i had joined the night before:o ) I said yes and they said i would be eligable.
Also more positive news i have been able to get a refund from my gym!! :TLose weight for 2010 :jTo know me is to love me :beer:0 -
TAN take a deep breath:D now, the gym thing, yes annoying but it can be resolved if you speak nicely to the manager and explain the referal etc, go in person if poss, the weight being more, at least now you know the exact weight, buy new scales or borrow them, work on the exact weight and every single pound that comes off from now on will bring you extra joy;)
Thanks for your message the gym manager was very reasonable and understanding and i will be getting a refund. :T Also bought a new set of scales so i hope to keep a proper measurement of my weightLose weight for 2010 :jTo know me is to love me :beer:0 -

I hate shopping  , followed by I hate having to unload it at the checkout and repack  , followed by the biggest hate of having to pack it all away  .
I am fine with the gain and am beginning to think that my 'maintaining weight' is probably not realistic, so I am going to eat sensibly and continue exercising to the level that makes me 'happy' (exercise affects my mood quite alot) and take it from there.
I'm even moving to a point where my 'weight' as a number is not necessarily a 'good' measure of where I need to be. Hope I'm not sounding 'wacky'.
