  • Thanks Beanie, I'm still not brave enough to stop keeping my diary. I started when I was losing weight - it's a bit like a comfort blanket now - I think that if I stop weighing in each week or keeping my diary that I will put the weight back on.

Maybe one day I'll get brave ....

Polka did a search for a Wii Fit and Wii for my friend a couple of weeks ago and the best price we found was in Gamestation £220 for the 2, they also often have second hand ones, and the offer wasn't available online. Not sure what the argos price is.

Victory and Vixtar thanks for that. Does anyone know what happened to the Argos thread? I want to see what offers are on this weekend.

I bought two skirts and two tops today --- all size 14 and from three different shops. :j:j:j So I think it would be reasonable to say that I am now officially a size 14. This may not sound fantastic but as I was wearing size 20 not that long ago I'm THRILLED. (Even though I may take them all back next week when DD says they don't actually look all that good!)

Hello all, hope you are all having a lovely sunny weekend.

Been a busy week as my dh has been on holiday this week and we have had my niece and sister staying over as she is car-less after my hubby scrapped her car with mine a few weeks ago (her car getting resprayed so we are acting as taxi!) Diet wise I have been struggling this week and a bit as I haven't had any classes to go to, they restart tomorrow night and I am really looking forward to it. The scales are showing a 3lb gain so far so really need to knuckle down before Weds weigh in.
On Friday I went to a Rosemary Conley roadshow with my mum and sister and it was a really good day out. We had 2 workouts, 1 with Rosemary and one with her fitness woman Mary, they worked us hard but they were both fun routines which was good and we were on the front row for both sessions which was great as we had more space then everyone behind I think. The only thing was that at the end Rosemary asked for everyone who had lost 3 stone plus to go onto the stage and we had to give our name, say how much we had lost and give everyone a tip! I went bright red and mummbled my way through it!! lol
Right better go as the kids are creating havoc!

Please put me down for a 1.3kg loss Raph:j Matt thinks I'm really odd. I can't wait for 11am so we can go to Argos for my Wii:D I'll be getting the wii package with sports, and the fit with balance board and then if we buy "play" we'll get an extra remote...toltal is about £280. I also read that there are £10 and £5 vouchers at the moment but I'm not sure so we are still going to pick it up in one order. If we get the vouchers...we're tossing up between a pasta maker and a sausage maker. I can use the pasta maker for ribbons on cakes and he can make his pasta, but if we get the sausage maker he can make boerewors for us...and I'm DYING for a good boerie roll with mustard and tomato sauce (mmm, think the pasta maker will be better after all:( )...
And then guess what I'll be doing this afternoon:D
