Polka - I feel for you with the picky eater child, my DD used to be an excellent chomper and now everything is "yukky gusting!"
I bought some spray oil today, can't remember the brand, some fancy thing starting with a B i think, says it's light olive oil spray.
OH was given instuctions on how to make the cajun chicken for tea,and he added water in the casserole? It was disgusting!! Like an oil slick, bleeerggggh, the fat from the chicken thighs were floating at the top, it was almost as high as "hair in food" on my Karen vomit scale.
So I was chomping thortons toffee chocs, but DD has just nicked them, ah well....0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Lovely expression Pet.
You are right not to beat yourself up and to take tomorrow as another day. It works for me. Sometimes you have to have a 'little of what you fancy'.
I have some real shockers of days food wise sometimes. But over the last 12 weeks I have only varied 0.4lb in total (this is good for me as a maintainer) - I know this because I have just reached the end of my 12 week Diet and Fitness Diary. I've been keeping my diary for nearly 2 years now and it keeps me roughly en piste.

Maybe I need to seriously keep a diary FFM

Thanks Victory - I love fish so I am going to try and use it instead of meat whenever I can.
I love this thread - everyone is so positive and friendly ..just going to google Xenical to see if I can identify what foods I need to stay off to avoid the dreaded squitters...although as I'm on high dose iron tablets as part of my RA therapy, I usually have the opposite problem!0
