BB - I'm thinking of going back to butter for the same reasons you mention (at the moment I'm having a bit of each - the butter is on heavy exercise days when I need the cals).

Are there any other basic food items where the 'lighter' version is far more highly processed? I've got so used to choosing the lighter options, that I've sort of lost track of what might be unnatural  Would appreciate your thoughts, and those of the other knowledgeable foodie peeps here :)

I have been away since yesterday because I have been comping and doing daily cliicks and all sorts of stuff (although NO housework) I even had a three hour nap this afternoon:D Which makes another point...Ive been wearing some pj's I bought a while back that were size 16. They did fit but ddidnt feel as comfortable as my old (very seethrough pj's). but they feel a bit loose today.
DF sold his motorbike today so that clears £1000 off our debt:jHe did say that since I have made £40 on daily clicks, if I sell our PS2 then he'll buy me a Wii with fit:j
When I logged my temp this morning-I noticed I have 35 points on my early pregnancy signs:TI'm 6 days past ovulation and I have 6 temps above my coverline AND between yesterday I had another shift which showed a triphasic pattern-which is a VERY good sign. Although I have decided that even though my next TOTM should start on Wednesday ( taking the miscarriage into account) I am going to wait until I am 18 days past ovulation before testing (they suggest that and I'd rather wait longer so that I don't get my hopes up and then get disappointed) So please hold thumbs and say prayers and whatever else it is you do;)
Sary Thank you for considering me as "the go to girl" on the cake decorating front-I consider it a huge compliment.
Buttons fussy eater is an understatement. My child lives on chips, bread, chocolate buttons and chocolate milk.
Beanie I do feel much better about the money-although we had a glitch on the buggy board. She has brought it round but gave away the buggy with the connectors still on it. Did some research and found its an old generation that is no longer made so I can’t get new ones.
BB Her mum says she has been saying a few things that have taken her by surprise...her favourite is DS favourite call for help...”c’mon, foller me”, when he can’t get a toy off his shelf. And she’s started trying to copy DF whisteling. We had her for a few hours today-mum sent her up with just her gro on expecting that since it was Saturday we would take it easy-she insisted on bringing her shoes with, so DF took them to the park so I could have a nap-apparently they went on everything...even the swings and teacup (he normally hates them).
Victory if you have to pay for a cake decorating course, please don’t go on one. If you register on the message boards at the british sugarcraft guild you can get alsorts of help and advice and lots of video tutorials. Also you can become a branch member (about £34 a year)...meetings are held once a month and they always have workshops and demonstrators. Most of the older members are teachers anyway so you learn from them.(Of course you can email me whenever you need to)And if your friend is earning £150 a week I really hope shes only doing one cake. Prices like that are hilarious compared to the work that goes into them. If you look on my blog-the chocolate boxes are about 5 hours work and that only because I’ve done so many of them. I started Elliots Christening cake at 4 in the afternoon and finished it at 7 the next morning (no I didn’t go to bed in the meantime, and the booties and cupcake toppers were all done the week before). It cost me £50 in ingredients to make-the equipment is not cheap, so if you have the talent you should charge your true worth...oops-yes, I’m guilty-very passionate about cake decorating and decorators.

  • Beanie, it's not easy - I've just munched through 45g of white malteasers and am just about to move on to some Lindor mini eggs.

By the way, did you manage to get your trike fixed up?

Okay, I know its off topic (well, actually not really coz it means I can Wii fit for exercise). But DF has decided that we can go out tommorow and get both:jIm doing a search now but I thought if I could put your heads down it may help. Alot of you have bought Wii's and fits, so I was wondering if you could help direct me to the best deal? I have logged on to lots of cash back sites because of daily clicks and now I'm trying to decide if its going to be better to order online or go out and buy one...Im really impatient now and would love to just go out tomorrow. We've been talking about it for a while but I never thought it would really happen. How exciting is it though, it really is an all rounder isn't it?
