Please put me down for a STS Raph. Not too bothered as I had a junk food blow out on Wed and I've only done one session of exercise this week. Though I'm not sure I'll reach my target weight by my friend's wedding on 23 May.

Hi all. I had a great night last night, and ended up drinking loads then eating garlic bread with cheese when I got home! I don't know how long it takes for food and drink "weight" to go on, but the scales this morning show me as weighing slightly less than I did on wednesdays weigh in, so I'm inbetween hopeful and confident of a sts now. That said I'm about to eat a tesco cheese straw (the big fresh ones from the bakery!) and roast chicken tonight, but Im hoping a careful few days will balance that out.

I need to get a couple of hours of work done that needs to be ready for tomorrow, but my head isn't in any fit state yet, so its dressing gown and sky plussed hollyoaks omnibus for a bit! Have a good day all.

Beanie - like FFM I'm a food diary person too :) I know a lot of people see such things as a big chore, but I enjoy it and I find it helps me eat more healthily (balance of food groups) as well as sticking to calorie targets.

Mine's an Excel workbook because I like to have automation with all the numbers, it's much quicker that way for me!

Only 0.4lb variance in 12 weeks is absolutely awesome FFM! :T You've definitely got it sussed, but I've always said that anyway! Well done you!

Granny size 14 DOES sound fantastic!!! :j Dropping 3 dress sizes is a brilliant achievement and I know you look great 'cos I've seen a few piccies ;)

Congrats Polkadot and Vixstar - and anyone else who's had a positive result this week! :)

Missy would you mind if I borrowed your excel workbook please? I love excel too and would love to do a journal.
DMV Sounds like you had fun last night.

We just walked down to Argos to pick up the wii-DF says the way the fit works is I have to pick it up everyday and walk to argos with it and then back again:rotfl:it's heavy! He's trying to set it up now but our tv remote doesn't work anymore so he's screaming and shouting at it. Still, I will sit here quietly and let him do what he needs to do:D
We stopped in at the cancer shop and got a lovely glass candle holder, glass cake dome and a casserole dish-all for £9.75. DF has been asking for ages for a casserole dish that is proper solid with a lid, he's been looking at a minimum of £30 so when I pointed this one out to him he was thrilled. The other things are for the wedding. I don't remember now if I told you all the plan. I don't know how it came about but we've decided on a mad hatters tea party. I have been collecting random crockery, cutlery and glassware from charity shops and freecycle. I responded to a lady today who has a crate of 25 wine glasses, some random pint glasses and champagne flutes and about 20n turkish saucers. Last week I bought two really pretty dinner plates and a set of four really pretty embossed espresso cups (with saucers) for £2.50. I have decided on my cake-3 tier white with a few random gerbera's in the joins of the tiers. I'm going to cover the board in stripes of sugarpaste-an alternation of the three colours I've chosen for my dress (salmon pink, burgandy/grape, and burnt orange) then as a topper we decided on a top hat toppled over on its side (also a strip alternation) with the bride hanging off the side and the groom trying to beat her off with a baseball bat. If there's space I might make a mini DS on all fours next to the groom trying to help the bride up. And then I'll finish it with some gerbera's falling out of the top hat. The nice thing is I can do it all anytime Im ready and then the day before I just need to bake the cakes, cover with white sugarpaste and they are ready to assemble. Another friend makes and sells cards so she's offered to make my invites and thank you notes and my south african friend will help me with the catering. The nice thing is I can work on all these things and just put them away, so when we are ready it can all just be "bunged together". How MSE am I? So now I am going to play some ten pin bowling with DS-see you all later.

    Hey folks.

It's a lovely day in Aberdeen, shame about the wind, it makes it nippy! I decided to come to my mums today, offered to babysit for a few hours whilst she goes out to bingo, so DD is playing in a neighbours garden with a bunch of kids and is having a blast, I feel a bit mother hen because I'm constantly checking hehe. But this is why It would be good to move here! Always plenty of kids around, so there would always be someone for her to play with, not like where I live, none of the kids speak english!

I still haven't heard from those guys, but I might just end up going over there and knocking, but not sure if that would put them off? I just feel like I'm in limbo! I'd rather know YES or NO than this waiting!

Me and OH talked about it and we may move into HIS parents house if we don't get the move, the schools around us are terrible, full of little chav kids, always fighting, bullying, bad marks etc. I don't want my DD to go there (I went there and was terrorised!!) So giving up our freedom doesn't sound so appealing but it's for DD so all worth it, his parents have a big ol manor house with like 7 bedrooms, a PARLOUR, pool table room, library etc, so plenty of room for us, and we'd save about £600 (probs more) a month as they wouldn't accept any money from us. It's just a bit meh! The ultimate thing putting me off is the uncleanliness of their house, I can't tolerate a minging kitchen and his mum always has loads of plants around, out of date food etc. BLECH.

Diet is out the window today BUT I tried on a pair of my sisters size 14 pedal pushers and they fit! Can't believe it, I did notice my size 16 jeans were falling down and were hanging off my butt (which is pretty non exsistent, only place I WANT to be bigg-er) so im chuffed! Barely a muffin in sight too.

Oh yeah and I had to discard a belt today, it was one I always wore but there was no more notches left on it or room for anymore, and I said to OH this will need binned now and he said "didnt you used to have this on the last notch?" and I was like Yeah, but then I got bigger and it wouldn't fit. He put it on and was like OMG CANT BELIEVE YOU WERE EVER THAT BIG. It was bigger than a PREGNANT belly, I'll take a pic just so you can see when I go home, which may not be until Tuesday.

Have fun with your WII Polka :)

    God I waffle a lot.

Polkadot - I'm more than happy to share my workbook. If you give me a couple of days or so, I'll need to do a de-personalised blank version because there's loads of stuff on my one that won't make sense to anyone else :rotfl:

It's not been a bad week. Intake average 1825/day which is close to target. Net after exercise cals taken off = 1444/day. Intake/exercise 'balance' met on 2 days out of 7 (this is pretty poor, but typical of how my weeks go). Here's what I've been up to:
    • Monday: Run | 31 mins | 219 cal
    • Tuesday: Nothing
    • Wednesday: Rowing boat | 45 mins | 224 cal
    • Wednesday: Walk | 60 mins | 240 cal
    • Thursday: Gym multi equip | 120 mins | 891 cal
    • Friday: Nothing
    • Saturday: Cross country jogging | 120 mins | 918 cal
    • Sunday: Badminton | 30 mins | 176 cal
Total 6hrs 45mins and 2669 calorie burn. 5 different activities. It's always a bit more limiting during school hols but I do the best I can :)

We played some ten pin bowling and some tennis and set up the fit. I did 12 minutes of basic step to see how it is...not easy with DS around so I'll do some more after he goes to bed. But I do love it-although it did say I'm obese and 46 years old:eek:. I also realised that I have 1lb to go and then I'm back in the 13 stone range:j
DF did a chicken roast with jacket potatoes and mixed veg-it was very yummy. And now he's taking DS for a shower and I'm going to watch princess diaries 2.
