Thanks for the hug, petty all this in the grand scheme of things just been watching Jade with Love part 2 that over some headless tulips is ridiculous but it is more the principal, how people or rather how I would behave in this situation over the flowers:D0

Victory I am so sorry that you got such a bad reaction. If its any consolation I bet the wife felt like she had to react like she did in order to "unite" with her husband and that she was none too pleased with him when they got inside. I know they must have been embarassed but it was pretty obvious that it was their children, and that you wasn't being confrontational, so there was no need to have such a volatile reaction. Im sorry if my "advice" was what encouraged you to say something, the result of which is you feeling bad. It may not be a lot in the grand scheme of things (your jade goody programme etc) but it is at this moment in time in your little world, and your emotional well being shouldnt be downplayed.
I ate half a pizza but it was yuck, different ones to what I had bought OH previously. I ate about 500 cals though and even though I've started shaking again, I dont feel as bas as I have done the last few days when I've eaten.0 -

victory - as Neil in the Young Ones would have said: 'total bummer man!' Unfortunately, some people just cannot be rational, or behave in an appropriate manner. My BF has told me before, when I've had to suffer with my difficult moronic neighbours, who have been incredibly petty in the 3yrs I've lived there, that you just can't deal with muppets, and that's what they are. Is it any wonder the children don't know they shouldn't touch your property when their dad is like that? You can only hope that they're both sat in their lounge nextdoor not talking to each other either! One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -
VICTORY - are you feeling a bit better about things yet? I hope you are x0

Sorry about your upset Victory.
We went rock pooling this afternoon and I really enjoyed playng with my new (ebay) camera. I walked about 4 miles too (2 each way) so that's a bit more exercise. Plans this week for exercise, are to go swimming on Thursday and back to pilates next Saturday. Don't know what our plans for tomorrow are yet. It is alledged that the sun may make an appearance in the afternoon.
Glad you had sucha good, well needed break polkadot.
Buttonmoons - life's a bit full on at the mo! Hope this is a wake up call for your step nan.
Popped into co-op and picked up a couple more swede's for snacking - I've missed having them to munch on for a few days.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Hi all
Hope the long weekend is treating you well, or if not that tomorrow brings better
Calorie intake this week = average 1527 per day. Average with the exercise calories taken off = 1134. This is too low (below BMR) and usually spells a gain for me! Monthly weigh/measure is on Tuesday so we'll see.
I would normally have balanced things better, but the opportunity to go out for a child-free exercise sesh today only came up at short notice.- Monday: Hilly cross country run | 60 mins | 424 cal
- Tuesday: Nothing
- Wednesday: Manual treadmill | 30 mins | 239 cal
- Thursday: Gym sesh multi equip | 120 mins | 812 cal
- Friday: Exercise bike | 40 mins | 199 cal
- Saturday: Cross trainer | 30 mins | 219 cal
- Saturday: Yoga | 25 mins | 0 cal
- Sunday: Off road cycling | 89 mins | 595 cal
- Sunday: 5.5km track run | 33 mins | 266 cal
The home gym stuff was all a bit boring but Monday (DS leading me on his mountain bike!) and today made up for it

MISSY - as usual I am in awe of your exercise. I have now made a promise to myself that after this essay and presentation work is in on the 20th and things are a little (not much!) quieter for a couple of weeks I will try to work some more wii fit boxing and jogging in. I have definitely let it slip, and although I do a couple of hours walking a day, I need some "sweaty" exercise to get my heart rate up and make sure I tone up as I lose weight. So thank you for posting and giving me a needed boost!
Am very happy at the minute as have felt tons better since lunchtime compared to the last few days, and as a result have got a good chunk of uni work done. This means that despite 3 days this week of no work, I am still on track which for me is a big achievement as my pills make it hard for me to catch up once I fall behind. Felt so weak I wanted to cry yesterday, and now feel like it will take more than a bug to beat me! Am gonna now watch desperate housewives and then get some sleep. Night all and hope tomorrow is a better brighter day for all.0
