Awww I feel all happy, thanks Hannah and BB! BB the only times i ever eat pastry is the farmers market steak pies and if we have beef wellington as a special occassion meal. I'm not really into it, but those meals seem to have the right balance. Am off to watch 90210 and be in bed around midnight. Up at 9am at the latest (i need a lot of sleep) and have breakfast and dog walked and a little more housework before the kids get here at 11. Night all.0

it took a couple of weeks and i stopped noticing it. I kinda found a way of walking that avoided putting pressure on it, about a month later i remembered that i'd had a broken toe because i'd got so used to allowing for it i hadn't noticed it in ages, and went back to walking normally.
well yesterdays plan was
granola, milk and oj
cn cornflakes, milk, apple
cup soup
stuffed onions and veg
and ended up
granola, milk and oj
cn cornflakes, milk, apple
pasta and sauce - forgot about benchmarking panel, buttons
stuffed onions, tom juice, granola.
Stuffed onions were a faffy waste of time, won't be doing them again.
todays plan is
granola, milk and oj
noodle pot, apple
cup soup
risotto, tom juice
things are getting rather hectic now - working today and tonight, tomorrow last day at work then straight across to check and pack the trailer. Thursday it;s up at the crack of dawn, collect meat and do food shopping for 12 for 4 days, hardboil 30 eggs, prep my other dishes and get everything packed before landing at warwick castle for the weekend woohoo!! Am going to climb the tower every day to make up for not exercising. so if anyone's looking for a brill day out go to warwick castle over the easter weekend - the admission price hurts less when theres so much going on!0 -

Back on track foodwise yesterday. Sticking strictly to WW for the 9 days I'm off work which'll hopefully give my weightloss a boost. Still not upped my daily drinks though need to make that a habit before I go back to work. Just having a drink then going for a run as I've not done any exercise since Thursday and I don't want to slip back into my bad ways and low fitness levels.0

Morning:D getting the comp off the kids who are messing about on it playing daft games has proved impossible this morning:rolleyes:finally on now:D
I can relate to eating a whole chicken no problem there, I have had to cut the size of one there are of us and I used to buy the ones for 4/6 people, serve it up and eat that then go into the kitchen and eat the rest whilst loading the dishwasher etc so now I buy the small ones that last that meal and only that meal and done, I prefer protein to carbs any day, it used to be enough pasta/jacket pots/roasties on my plate for 4 people and still could eat more but now I avoid them if poss and if I do have roasties only 4 little ones and enjoy them, pasta has not been my thing for a while now, I will eat it but always concerned by how much so if I do eat carbs it comes from the ww ready meals that you know you eat that how many cals etc are in there.
It is like the turkey for sunday if I had my way it would be so massive the oven would struggle:rotfl::rotfl:instead bought a 1.7kg one and will have it then and for sandwiches the next day, no waste and no need to keep dashing off to the kitchen to have 25 helpings:rolleyes::D0 -
Well last night didn't exactly go to plan as OH took over the tv and we watched a film so didnt get to bed till after 1. Kids have just left so now I need to get some work done. Meh! Victory I've never had the "picking at the meat problem" but I know for example OH asked me to make loads of pigs in blankets once so he could pick at them all day (only have them on special roasts like xmas etc).0

ooh, i can eat meat all day. I used to be hooked on paste out of jars - how gross is that? don't dare buy pate these days either. Tried a new Ainsley product today that fingers crossed we will launch in sainsburys. I'm not allowed to say any more here, but I will when i can because it was lush. Would you believe that we have Ainsley and James Martin onsite last week and i didn't get to meet either of them?0

Afternoon!
Oh thats funny I was just saying to OH that I wanted to buy a jumbo turkey like at Xmas time but nowhere seems to sell them! What excites me more is seeing how much leftovers I can get it off it haha!
Just made chocolate cornflakes cakes with DD and my sister Ellie, but they are doing my head in and keep fighting every 2mins, if one of them isn't crying then the other is screaming. Aaaaah help me.
Can't decide what I want for tea tonight, might just have a hamburger with salad and wedges. I'm getting bored of all the same things, all we seem to eat is spag bol, chilli, curry, lasagne, roast dinner, sausage casserole. Getting very bored of it all!
Got DD's birthday presents sorted for Saturday, just hoping they arrive from Amazon in time! Got her a proper wee bike with stabilisers and tassles, looks well cute, a big box of fuzzy felts (I loved that when I was a kid) and a ben 10 figure, she is ben 10 mad. Tells me she is ben 10, I'm gwen and her dad is Grandpa max and the cat is Keven 11. Haha. She has a good imagination.
Oh yeah, when I was on the council waiting list (back when I lived at my mums) there was a bungalow in her street that was available but I never got it and was seriously ****** off as I had been on the list for years! Because 2 gay guys got the house even though they had only been on the housing list for 6months! Anyhow, my mum talks to them as they are really nice and my bitterness has evaporated but they are wanting to move house and are SUPPOSED to be exchanging with some woman who lives in a flat about 40miles out of Aberdeen but they haven't handed in the forms yet as they don't really want to take it, and he was talking to my mum and said Oh we would take a multi storey - ask your daughter! OMFG I AM BOUNCING WITH EXCITEMENT, I really hope this works. It's in a lovely area, good schools for DD, it's just a wee village outside Aberdeen, has a huge garden etc.
Really hope it works out, but it all depends on the guys partner as not sure if he would wanna take my messy flat, I mean it DOES need decorated, it needed done when I moved in but I never bothered because I hate it so much - didnt want to invest money in a house I hate.
FINGERS AND TOES AND LEG HAIRYS CROSSED.
My mums going over to see him when she gets home. The suspense is killing meeeee0 -
Oh sending good luck your way buttons! My lunch was very peculiar today. I had the same tinned soup that I am obsessed with, and it was completely different to the other dozen or so tins of it I've had. Was about 10 times the amount of chicken and red pepper in and was a much darker colour. Was still nice obviously, but a lot more intense. Good job I'm not trying to work out the calories as I swear that must have been more than it said on the tin.0

BM sending you lots of good luck for the house, also PM'd you with a recipe for turkey meatloaf with sundried toms. we're having pork and cous cous with home made apple sauce tonight. Had the turkey meatloaf in the form of meatballs last night with some pasta and sauce.
KPC you make me think of the girls on the ad:rotfl:
Well done with all the losses today. I have to do a few dozen cupcakes for tomorrow (finally visiting the new baby).New baby's mum has been asking me for ages to do cupcakes with "special buttercream" on. Lots of work but I'll give it a whirl (pardon the pun) at least I can sit at the kitchen counter to pipe them-thinking of drizzling some ganache on top too (and sending a few with DF for bride to be;))
Was supposed to have one of the girls from playgroup round as she wanted me to make some of the choc chip mint ones for her. I told her she could bring the little one round and I'd help her bake some herself. She hasn't arrived and I've not heard from her. Phoned earlier-phone is off. DS is bored.0
