linz get in touch with missy - she is the best person to advise on you this. Shame efrieze isn;t around, she did a big run last year too?

which advert do i remind someone of? caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror in a lift today and was quite horrified to realise that all the weight i've gained appears to be sitting under my chin. Still, it kept me on the straight and narrow today. James and Ainsley were both over at the development kitchen which is at another site, and I had no real reason to go. If my retailers are first to launch ainsley's new product i might get to work with him then but not sure. I know loads of women who proper fancy james martin but he's never done it for me i'm afraid. I could have got a signed pic but it's not the same if you haven't actually met them i don't think. Still can't get over my crush on Harry from spooks. Deeply traumatised as to Harry's whereabouts. However, I was comforted a little while back when on a drunken night out fellow drunks helped me construct the ultimate crossover. Harry has been kidnapped by the russians so lucas teams up with Jack Bauer and Captain Jack from Torchwood to get him back. They track the russian !!!!! to a nightclub where muse are playing and the lead singer ends up on the run with them. There is a big showdown and daniel craig as james bond has to parachute in to save them. The shoot all the russians, rescue harry and have a slow mo walk through the gunsmoke, trenchcoats flapping before they leave in the tardis with the doctor. It took an awful lot of cocktails to work out the finer points but they were well worth it. I think at one stage Hiro from Heroes rescued them but as noone actually fancied him and he was only in there because we all thought he was sweet he didn't make the final cut.

    Hello guys,
It's taken me ages to catch up on the thread. What are you lot like with pies, broken toes, hormones, whistling fannies and angel delight?!!

Well done to the losers & STS's - good results coming in once again. I don't have high hopes this week after my weekend blow-out and it's TOTM, and it's a right killer this month. Feeling drained and lots of discomfort to boot.

Today I stayed home, rather than do more packing at mine. However, that's not meant a day off from the hard work. Today I decided to reorganise the lounge, shifting furniture, carried a bookcase upstairs to put on the landing & all the books, cleared out all the carp from under the stairs - where has OH got all this stuff from I keep asking myself? found his stash of dirty mags - all of motorbikes! lol which I've told him to find space for in either his garage or the bin. I mean how many copies of Performance Bikes does one person need? I feel really tired now though, and had a bad night's sleep due to belly ache & needing to get to the loo - sorry TMI.

Food is being a bit hit and miss, because I tend to be getting it on the run, and haven't had much chance to do any fresh shopping. I'm also trying to avoid spending any cash if I can, and eat out of the freezer. So long as OH has fresh fruit for his packup we're OK. We got a load of discounted bread last night, so Hovis wholemeal for 10p a loaf! We've stocked up the freezer with that, along with some organic wholemeal bloomer, etc. Bargain or what?

    Food today:
    B - porridge
    L - 1 bread roll
D - breaded chicken fillet, small portion of homefries, french stick.

I've decided that while I'm being so physically active, and doing a lot of heavy lifting & carrying work I'm going to eat what I feel I need at the time. I don't want to fall sick because I've not eaten healthily while I'm working so hard. I'm on my feet from morning till mid evening everyday at the moment, so I know I'm burning my calories, and I feel tired by 9pm.

I'll try to pop in earlier tomorrow, but the days just seem to fly by at the mo.
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

Beanie right, now Im with you.I'm my mothers child that way. If I don't keep busy, I start to concentrate on my pain and all the other cp knocks-and then its just a horrible spiral. It's much easier now that I have DF and DS-a family of my own. Before then it was my work as a quality analyst. I was always being told to go home and hated having to. Life is very different now and I couldn't imagine going back to my desk:rotfl:
KPC it was me, you remind me of the Sainsbury's ad with Jamie-and the girls all trying to act like they dont care if asks them to help him or not:D
Oh, and my DF says to tell you he'd love to write a script with you:rolleyes:
Sary you wouldnt have to take so long to catch up if you spent less time posting pics of OH in his half and halfs on FB;)

    Hi everyone.

After seeing how well raph has lost the weight and kept it off, I have been spurred on to try and loose the extra pounds...although this week gain 1.10 lds. not doing that well so far. I have to say my appetite being low this week has not helped since it has caused only junk food to be the thing I want to eat when hungry :(

Raph: I have to say after all the :D that I was loosing the weight...here I am going...put it back on again. Bet if I tried your scales now my fat % would be alot higher!!!

SARY - I dont think you have to worry about giving too much info...think that crown might be mine today!

BEANIE - I'm glad you went for the healthy option, because I definitely are your calories! I ate 600 calories of an easter egg! The mixture of chocolate and painkillers made me feel better, and I curled up under a blanket watching Marley and Me. I was smiling and laughing and by the end was crying my eyes out. The dog the film is based around is a labrador, and as I was crying my lovely lab was cuddling up with me and licking away my tears! I feel so much better now, so the calories were absolutely worth it. TBH I think I will have gained a lb or 2 tomorrow but strangely I dont really care! I think I've done really well lately and have let the reins go diet wise a bit this week, but have reined in uni work and housework, and been organising stuff for OH's birthday so overall it has been a productive week, something had to slip. However am back in a good routine again so will do better next week.

ANDYSLINZ - the soup is asda's good for you thai style chicken soup at 130 calories a tin and is divine. Costs under 50p a tin.

Have had a second wind of energy so wont be in bed for at least an hour, maybe 2 but I can sleep in tomorrow so no problem there. Heres to everyone having a good day tomorrow!

morning all! haven't seen that ad polkadot, will have to look out for it. Remember going to a food show that Jamie Oliver was at and the lads in the development team were most disgruntled: 'i'm a chef, i'm better than him. stupid big lipped essex twonk'. This was mainly because there were about 30 16 yearold girls swarming over jamie at at the time.

    yesterdays plan was
    granola, milk and oj
    noodle pot, apple
    cup soup
    risotto, tom juice

    and ended up

    todays plan is
    granola, milk and oj
    noodle pot, apple
    granola
    risotto, tom juice

so i'm pleased with that. today will be

    granola, milk, oj
    cn cornflakes, milk, apple
    cup soup
?? probably meatballs. We're off to ikea for tea

busy night tonight, got to go and get our trailer ready to go, it lives at a friends house. They live near ikea so i thought we'd have a treat for tea so it will probably end up being meatballs. had a great night with the business last night too, got a new range of pure fruit juices that are going very well, even if they are the very devil to load in and out of the car.

    todays plan is
    granola, milk and oj
    noodle pot, apple
    cup soup
    risotto, tom juice
