I actually have the contraceptive implant which gave me acne, leaky boobs and constant periods - The doctors gave me the pill to combat the side effects which they haven't, but I've been on loads of different pills over the last 8months. Cerazette and Fermulan - THRUSH AHOY! I'd never had it before and went to my doctors thinking I had an STD, hahaha, wasn't funny when I thought that though.0
-
Oh my old doctor insisted on testing me for STD's EVERYTIME I went there. It didnt matter how many times I told her I was with the same partner who I knew was clean...in her words "well it can't just be thrush". Well it was. Everytime. Grrr. I feel so awful tonight. I have the headache from hell that appeared to just laugh at my headache pills, and I'm seriously considering making myself a choc angel delight because I think otherwise I may get dressed again and buy myself the worlds biggest chocolate bar. Not a particularly upbeat or on topic post but its how I feel!0

Polkadot here's hoping you are number 7 *fingers crossed*
KPC & NMM Davina cracks me up when she shows off doing the lunges and loses her balance, keeps you going knowing theres something funny coming up, and strangely enough I don't get sick of it, cos I love her. I like the bit on Super Abs when she says "remeber kids, if you don't breathe, you die!" And a diva style ah-ha!! Lol KPC You're meals always sound yum, and original. I wish I could be more inventive. Sounds like you're going to have a fab easter weekend! Have fun! Oh James Martin is gorgeous!! Shame you didn't get chance to meet them, how come?
DMV Mmmmm steak pies ! Yummy! What tinned soup is that then. The one you're addicted to?
Buttonmoons Good luck with the bungalow. Sounds like it'd be perfect for you.
2lb loss for me please raph! Wahoooo!
Been busy today, and it was my day off! Had plumber/tiler round today, fitting tiles and shower for us. We have been here since December and been bathing since, it'll be a godsend this shower! Mind you, it's set us back a bit, we are private renting and had to pay half for it! Which we thought was a bit much to ask! Not as if we can take the tiles off the wall when we leave. But, if we didn't pay half, I guess there would have been no shower. My mam rung me and asked if I would look after "little" brother (he's 15!) as he wasn't well, so he came over to my house with my friend. He was laid up on the couch most of the time, bless him. Wouldn't eat anything, cos he was afraid he'd be sick. He has huge red blotches all over his legs, mam took him to the hospital and they gave him some medicine. I did some washing and ironing, and changed my fishes water. Made a pasta bake for tea, and just cooked a chicken to use for lunches for the next few days.
Might I ask for some advice please? Race for Life is 13 weeks gone Sunday so quick approaching. I want to start really training for it. Which one of these training schedules seems best one is 6 weeks and one is 8 weeks.
6 weeks
8 weeks
Obviously, they will end will a few weeks to spare before the run, so I plan to keep doing the 5k run at the end of the training schedule till the actual day. I am not too fussed about sprinting it and getting a great time, because it's the taking part that matters. I just want to be able to run it with ease, and feel fit too.
Thanks in advance for any advice offered
Love andyslinz
xx
PS DMV and beanie did you have some angel delight? I am going to have a hot x bun with a cup of tea ... heaven!
