Poor Victory, she'll be none the wiser about the Yahoo group now... does anyone have her email/facebook/twitter details to let her know, just in case she has her PC back?

Only a few of us are in contact on FB. Does Missy have contact details for others I wonder? I'm originally from N. London, but left as a kid. Have lived in Lincs for 20 yrs now, but grew up in Herts. I take my boys down to the Smoke most years for a few days. We go to the museums and the HMS Belfast on the river. We didn't do Greenwich last time around because the weather got a bit cold & rainy. It's on our 'to do' list. This year we're going down to Cornwall for a week.

Sary I did Cornwall last year as my family is from there. We went to MevaGissey and visited Charlestown harbour. The best day for me was a place called Glendurgan gardens which had a beach at one end (not quite the sea Im used to but pretty anyway). I live literally just down the road now from Greenwich;)

hello lovely people. All doing well I trust? I've been busy in my front 'garden' getting rid of an old very unattractive lavender bush so that should have burnt up some cals.
Missed you all yesterday but the day went quickly: can't say I got a lot more done though...

    Todays menu -
late brkfst: bacon, egg & toms
snack: rye bread with mashed banana
    dinner - salmon and salad

snacks: 2 pieces of fruit, raw veg, weetabix, quorn sausages

Been given a pile of rhubarb so will make a crumble with that soon in grande remoska for OH and freeze loads of portions.

OH out all day so quite enjoying just myself to look after foodwise.
    Pilates went well yesterday.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
