DMV Ostrich burgers are DIVINE. I can't remember the science of it-but if you go on sureslim and are given a "white meat" base, Ostrich is the only red meat you are allowed to it. I wish it was cheaper in this country. I used to eat it at least once a week in SA-the best is a piece of the steak with cranberry sauce (yum yum) if you get the chance again-take it.

Buttons ~ hope u are both ok.

Though I love spring its also hard as its when I realise I need to spend some money on house & garden.
Garden should be maintenane free ~ its not & avr chge here is £11 ph +.
House.Outside needs painted.Hole in wall in hall needs repaired.Painting needs doneBlah blah,sorry , its just really getting me down.

Thanks for all the love re the toe-I feel like SUCH A BABY. I still don't know what DF is cooking but it smells yummy. I have to get into the kitchen though sometime tonight because I need to finish icing his cupcakes to take to work. There's a couple in his office that are getting married in December. She mentioned to me last week that she was thinking of doing cupcakes instead of a cake-so Im deviously sending a new flavour every monday;)
I also finally took the plunge and registered on the cake designers directory-yay.

Hello everyone
This could be a bit long so keep reading...
As some of you know I started CD 4 weeks ago. I was doing really well until week 3 when I simply couldn't go another day without food, I was even dreaming about it and when you still have to cook for the family it becomes a very difficult chore and I was becoming down and unhappy.
After alot of thinking I decided to stop (I'd lost 19lbs, so was very very pleased) I was petrified that if I started another diet I would gain straight away and struggle to lose.
My favourite diet is Slimming world so I thought I would go straight on that - it's bliss, I can eat fruit and vegetables, drink tea with milk and I generally feel better. I have been on it for a few days now and this morning I had lost another 2lbs bringing me to 21lbs.
So........ can I please come back here and get support from you please???
I said before I felt like a bit of a traitor but now I don't so please can I join you again.... I miss you all!

Polkadot, i wish i could bake cakes i am so useless at them they are always either undercooked or like cardboard. I can make 2 cakes perfectly, Delia's Cherry Cake and Sultana Loaf Cake, but all others fail miserably
