Thanks Polkadot I've managed to sign up to te Yahoo group so I can keep up to date with all the goings on even if I don't get round to posting much as I have a friend visiting this weekend.
Not expecting much at my weigh in on Sunday. Done loads of exercise this week (contemplating a 3 mile run tomorrow morning) but not sure my eating has been that great. Must remember to be careful - even with a friend visiting! And I need to drink some water this evening haven't had a drink since lunchtime!!!!!!!!!0 -

It's quite simple once you get onto the Yahoo group.
I was just beginning to wonder what sort of gremlins we may come back to after the major upgrade? I might have a look-see at what the plans are, as I've no idea.
