Cant eat anything atm :( I feel like a hamster! Have a hole in my mouth and three stitches where the dental surgeon had to cut the tooth out. Turns out that my previous dentist made a real mess of the filling in there which was how the tooth got in such a state and then ended up having to come out. Ok no more talk of teeth from me.

Raph sorry to hear about the rice, what happened?

Ouch Somnium, have they recommended anything to help? (last time I had a wisdom tooth out they suggested swilling my mouth out with warm salt water after eating or drinking anything to make sure no infection took hold.)

Nope SASHIMI is raw fish Sushi stands for "Sweet vinegar" which is what is poured through the cooked (and rapidly cooled) sticky sushi rice.

I feel very virtuous this evening, went out to lunch completely unexpected to a pub 2 meals for £7, wanted obviously the all day breakfast or gammon and chips or the lasagna but chose and thoroughly enjoyed the chicken grilled salad, no bread, no coleslaw, no mayonnaise very nice, big huge white plate that basically had salad in it and the griddled lean chicken the rest had sausage and mash and chips and pie etc but not me am so proud of me, they all felt heavy and full all afternoon and I feel fine:D all the above would have been fine for dinner but not lunch too heavy:D crumbs I am learning, about time only 2 1/4 years been doing this:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: salad very WW friendly and insulin so all in all a result and no I never once sat all afternoon hankering for the all day breakfast or gammon:D

I don't suppose you are bothered vix but WW do pizzas for al ot less cals than 1000:D I gave them up, empty cals and never really liked hot cheese so gave that up also only eat phili now :D

Im not a massive fan of pizza, ever since i vomitted my whole entire digestive system up with one so i do have them very sparingly. But it cost 2 pound odd to feed me for a night when i would have just eaten cereal.
