Those WW soups are my new flavour of the week. Esp the Tomato one, and it's like 73 calories per can, so a can and 1 slice of bread is sooooo filling.
I haven't actually eaten anything today, whoops! I actually forgot to eat, been busy busy. Best go make myself some WW soup!! Yum0 -
Missy your explanation regarding the calories defecit etc was very helpful. I had the idea before, but couldnt get my head around the maths of it-your explanation did the trick.
Thank you to everyone for all the hugs. I'm feeling much better today-except for the headache. I'm guessing it stems from the daze and all the tears-its one of those that feels as it its covering your forehead. Ive had LOTS of sweet tea today and some pot noodles (not very good)for lunch. I made some ice lollies for DS last night with raspberries, apple and blackcurrent so I had one of those too-they were yum...think I'll have them to deal ith the sweet tooth in future.Which reminds me, remember my cookie search? Well I found a recipe for cranberry biscuits and thought you'd be interested. I'm posting the email they came in as is, with the recommendation for the cinnamon-they went down really well in my house:)
125g (4oz) Unsalted Butter, Chilled
50g (2oz) Caster Sugar
25g (1oz) Dried Cranberries
125g (4oz) Plain Flour - Sifted - Plus extra to dust
75g (3oz) Ground Rice
I add quite a bit of cinnimon just to give it some more flavour add as mmuch as you like or another spice.
1) whiz butter and sugar together, Add other ingredients until the mixture comes together. Turn out onto a floured work surface. shape into a rectangle (5x3x 3/4 inch) Wrap in cling film and chil for 30 mins (mixture may be a bit crumbly)
2) preheat an oven to 200 C ( 180 for fan) Gas mark Six.
Cut the dough into 3mm slices ( or whatever size you like im never very percise unless its for an order) and bake for 8-10 mins
Makes 24
Last for about a week and a half.
Nutritional info - per Biscuit - 79 Calories, 4g Fat ( of which 3g saturates) 10g carbohydrate, 1g salt.

Victory - Damn, haha. Knew it couldn't be true! Still the chicken noodle (which I've not tried yet) is 55calories per 1/2 can, so 110 for a whole can isn't bad, it's like 1 slice of warburtons. Good trade off.
Well I normally never get a WHOLE thing to myself, OH is like, mmm what's that? Oh soup. Can I have some? Erm okay. Gobble Gobble. He does that with everything, which is highly annoying, esp if it's a kinder bueno.....0 -
