Sorry to hear that Sarah, it sounds like a bit of a nightmare! You must had had a hell of a job getting the baby and the parcel home.
I did get a dispatch e-mail with my last parcel, the first I have had with the alternate courier. It had a tracking number but it was totally useless as the tracking was not updated after the parcel got to the central depot. So it was still unknown when it would arrive.

Order just recieved, very well packed and quick delivery too. A few missing items but received a reply to my e-mail with a refund quickly. Excellent customer service.0

I have another parcel on the way so hopefully that will be a better experience this time. i felt a bit 'down and out' with my pushchair with a cardboard box in it! Even the winos in the post office offered to help me :eek:Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
I have done reading too!

My missing parcel never did turn up, even though th delivery driver allegedly left it in a safe place - my house is on a busy road with plenty of pedestrian traffic as well as vehicles, so anyone could have seen the boxes sitting there.......
Anyway, Approved Foods reshipped the order which arrived today. Thanks Rachel
Have to say the Amoy Sweet and Sour sauce was not pleasant, kind of brown in colour, and I'm sure I've seen the same stuff in HB.Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -

choccie ones had all gone when I went to place my order - but there are some de ID'd lemon and chocolate sponge puddings which made up for it.Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -
Ordered Tuesday, came today, nothing out of stock - it was all going so well :T
Until I opened it. I don't know what DHL were doing with my 'fragile' package, but every single tub of mayonnaise (all 8 of them) had come open and had the contents decided to have a disco. It went everywhere.
My skips are crumbs, everything is sticky and I smell of egg.

I can't believe anyone has had probs, parcel force have been brilliant down here, and it even enables me to get the order before I leave for work as mr postman is here at 8am!! I have ordered plenty of stuff this time, pasta sauce is lovely, white chocolate for OH is brilliant as he is an addict, as were the Fox's "bisquits" that we bought in the last order, they were BBE Jun and according to OH were absolutely fine. We have yet to sample the Vegemite as OH is a Marmite lover and is not sure whether he will taste the difference, my attitude is once it's in a sandwich he won't have a clue! lol Also ordered cupcakes.....strangely cupcakes have no date...they had no date on the web or when they were delivered, they come in nice individual packets tho, and when tested by OH and my son they concluded they were "perfect" I think this best before lark is kinda "out of sight out of mind" I am now also half way down my bottle of surf, and if it can get said pasta sauce out of son's white school shirts...that's fine by me....shed full! Oh....and my skips were whole:)0

I am glad to hear the pasta sauce is good as I just ordered some! I noticed there was no date on the cupcakes either, I only like the pink and brown ones, the yellow ones are a bit too sweet for me, luckily there were very few yellow ones in the box. I love marmite but I find vegemite pretty horrible, I tried it some years ago and it was grainy and unpleasant, definitely vegetable-y and not yeast-y, if you see what I mean. Also I found it hard to spread. If they have changed the recipe to be more like marmite I will give it another go, as it was I threw the jar in the bin last time after a couple of attempts at using it!0
