    I figure you must but since others have had orders placed and delivered since then I think you must be right and there is a glitch in the system somewhere?

    Hmm, it seems it may have gone a bit higgledy piggeldy again.

    I do usually get a despatch notification, or at least the items I've ordered disappear from my basket when they have been packed, but this time - zilch - so I'm having to presume it's not been picked yet.
    Still, it is only 3 days since I ordered it, so maybe it's me being slightly tempremental since I seem to have hassle with everything these days!

    Panic over ... Dan's been in touch. Apparently Rachel has been away for a few days and it's left them a bit shorthanded.
