I wondered about how this would affect Approved Foods too, as I saw this on the news.0

Do you have a wheelbarrow?
Seriously though, they usually try twice to deliver and then you have to collect, don't they?

They took that huge parcel to the post office? Is there not a number on it to call to have it re-delivered? hmmm actually it all seems a bit odd, why is parcel force suddenly delivering for DHL?0

Dan said they are doing a very small trial with Parcel Force because they may be able to offer a service to agree a delivery date with the customer before the parcel is sent out. They have had some teething problems with the software though.0 -
We would be less likely to use Parcel Force than DHL. We haven't had any problems with DHL.
We live on an Army camp and three times since Christmas a Parcel Force driver has not bothered bringing a parcel here because they have to sign in at the camp gate. The just say we weren't in, which of course is totally untrue, I teach my teenage son at home so I am always in Mon-Fri. It makes me really annoyed when I pay extra for next day delivery and then they just can't be bothered bringing parcels so you have to wait for them anyway. Citylink are just as bad.

i'd be quite happy for parcelforce to take over from DHL...the DHL driver we have round here really doesn't look after his parcels.....the boxes always look like they've been dropped/kicked/trodden on0

It seems to depend on where you are, which branch the parcels go through, I have never had a parcel from DHL that was in bad condition, I guess I must just be lucky that the Preston depot takes better care. Also the alternative courier seems to take good care of the parcels around here too. At least with DHL/alternative courier, I actually get my parcels, with Parcel Force and Citylink they just don't bother delivering. Of course another factor is that all my parcels from AF have been extremely well packed, items sensibly placed etc, not everyone has been so lucky in that respect either.0

I had to take little one out of the buggy and put her in the baby sling and put the parcel in the buggy
