I had the same problem last time I was ordering, if you use your browser back/forward buttons things seem to go missing. Also I had some quantities go totally haywire when I was adding/updating the basket, I would try and change the quantity of an item and that item suddenly vanished from the list and a huge number of totally different items were added to the list. Very frustrating! Also when I received my order two bottles were totally smashed to pieces, it was like they had exploded in the box, soaking and ruining a whole bag of cookies as well. When I say there was glass everywhere I am not exagerrating, it took my son and I half an hour to clean every item to ensure all the glass was gone. It was not the fault of the courier, as the boxes were otherwise completely intact, not damaged at all and the plastic strapping still in place.
If the bottles had been stood upright and not laid on top of each other with other heavy items on top of them they would most likely have been fine. I am on a diet now anyway so I won't be ordering anything more for a while.

Looks like these guys are once again having problems with their email system. I've had four identical newsletters from them so far today.0

My basket is playing up bigtime! I've spent an absolute age this evening putting things in the basket, got to 27 different items in varying quantities, just under £50 but when I try to checkout it shows only 3 items and a total of £3.66 + £7.50 delivery.
I think I'm ready to pack it in with this site, it is far too tempremental and frustrating to make the occassional bargains worth the effort! It's bad enough that half the things disappear whilst your putting an order together so that you begin to wonder if it's actually still worth ordering but now this! Think I might stick to Sainsburys at least I know once its in the trolley it stays there til I go to the checkout.
You can be sure if I try again tommorrow most of what I wanted will be gone. What a complete waste of time and effort.
Nothing I press seems to retrieve the basket I had, anyone any ideas?
Feeling so fed up at the moment.
Maybe Dan would implement a system that indicates whether items have been removed from your cart.0 -

7 for me so far!0

I have had one at a time every a few days, all on different products, but since I won't be buying anything for a few months, I have asked Google not to forward any e-mails to me for a while, I didn't get any more after that. I already have 4 large boxes of food and a larder cupboard full, I don't want to drag it all with me when we move house near Christmas!0

I realise this has already been asked, but I can't go through both threads right now. Do Approved Food give you a 'delivery slot', as I am at work all day and would not be able to sign for the parcel? What happens if you are not in (can't have it delivered to work unfortunately)We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0

Blairweech, I don't think there is any way of scheduling a delivery. I was able to track mine via the DHL site but it still doesn't let you know in advance what day or time the delivery will be. Best make arrangements with a friend, relative or neighbour to be on the safe side.I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.
