I also ordered on the 19th and I haven't heard anything either, but since dispatch e-mails seem to be a thing of the past I guess I will just have to not go out...Orders are still not in ermmm order then, the lack of e-mails will be a real nuisance for some people. As a matter of interest I didn't get any reply to my last e-mail either. I asked if honey and chocolate raisins would be back in stock soon. No reply, then a week later after I gave up and ordered anyway what do I see re-listed? Yes, you guessed it, honey and choccy raisins! :mad: I wonder if it would be too much trouble for posts about food items to be put in the food discussion thread?

i am not suprised they have flown out especially as they are the big mouth watering chocolate spongyness of yummyness..

I ordered late on the 18th and and had a despatch email yesterday, parcel on the van for delivery today. Now all I have to do is wait in for DHL - on the day I wanted to go shopping!

I've just phoned the office and been told they are just finishing orders of the 19th today, I was also told I would be sent an e-mail with a tracking number when my order is dispatched.

If they are finishing up orders from the 19th today then it seems a bit odd that people who ordered on the 21st and 22nd have already had theirs delivered! I guess someone has packed the wrong boxes?!

i have just had an email from dan and it seems some peoples orders are awaiting stock and therfore delayed an others are sent out because the whole order is in stock.

not that this makes full sense as i had half my order refunded anyway due to no stock.

I haven't had a refund for items though, at this stage I think some of my order will likely be sold out. I will be pretty unhappy if there are a lot of items out of stock as I paid the higher postage rate. If the cartons of juice are sold out then I would have been better to get the cheaper DHL delivery. Another poster said the orders from the 19th are being finished today but I placed mine early on the morning of the 19th so surely mine would have been one of the first processed, not one of the last!?
