yeah fingers crossed. the thing that annoys me is Dans promise to send out orders in the order they were recieved. which clearly is still not happening and why ask if you want a refund or a replacement and refund anyway.

Similar thing happened to us, my husband twice discussed substitutes and then days later we get a refund and no substitutions at all. I think though the fact that people don't seem to be getting any dispatch e-mails is even more of a concern! I think that although the backlog is definitely reducing there are still a few other problems that need ironing out.

He didn't go nationwide, at least not with intentional publicity. Somebody here picked up on his site and, because of us, he got the publicity - media contacting him, not the other way around.
If you don't want him to have the publicity then I guess you ought to contact folk like Martin Lewis and tell him not to talk about it on GMTV."

    That is simply NOT true.
The fact is that user 'approvedfood' posted an 'offer'/advertisement to the The Great “Want to offer MoneySavers a discount/voucher?” Hunt on this site 23-10-2008, 8:12 PM.
Here's the link to it: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?p=15247407#post15247407

That was BEFORE any other thread had mentioned Approved Foods.

you need to clarify who wrote the rest, not me

As I said, the quote and reply is from #461 (link) in the previous (now reinstated and locked) thread and I gave a link.

I agree the link is there.but on first glance it appears that Kittie, also said "I guess it depends etc".

I would have inserted the following;- Mistymaid replied,.......to avoid that construction being put on the content. After all, it is the point Mistymaid made! that you have an issue with,so better to refer to her in the text imo.
  • We just had the Satay kits for tea they are LUSH!!! hope they have mored of these in a few weeks when i order again, cause i cant fit anything else in the cupbords for a few weeks lol! Did you opt for the other carrier for heavy weights? I ordered on 17th too, so hoping mine comes today. Thanks

My order just arrived. Well packed and all intact, no damage to boxes or contents.

Still don't know the delivery company as it all came with a nice man in a plain white transit type van.:j

    Well pleased

No I didn't get a dispatch email but then neither did I for my last order which came by DHL.

Btw my order came in 2 separate large boxes not 1 huge one.

DHL tried to deliver my order of the 22/2 today so AF seem to be really back on track.:T

No refunds so guessing all is in stock again but again no despatch email (hence I wasnt in).

Seems that the despatch emails are not going out for anyone anymore?

Really pleased that the backlog seems to be cleared though.
