    No, I cant use them as i live in Scotland. So it was Dhl for me, all fine though.

    Seems they must be getting themselves back on track since my order wasnt placed until the 17th.:T

    Just got to put it all away now! :(

    Just had my order delivered...and i'm slightly disappointed, 2 jars smashed and cartons of juice crushed so they'd leaked over everything

    Were the jars not wrapped? They used to all be securely wrapped. :confused: Was that from DHL or the new courier? I have ordered 24 cartons of juice, I hope they won't be squashed! :eek:

    What a shame.

    Were your jars bubble wrapped? All of mine were individually wrapped and taped, was quite hard to get the packaging off!

    yes they were individually bubble wrapped and they still got smashed

    I have had parcels like that it looks like DHL jump up and down on them.
