I think it must be and Dan surely is pretty tied up with the new baby as well - I'm just presuming here that his wife wants him around at least some of the time!
But they have had some cracking good products on recently which looking at the website just keep growing in number.
Also on the plus side, I got my bounty bars substituted with sardines last week ... okay, I wasn't too impressed at the time.
But at the start of the weekend I also had (not from AF) a very sick 17 year old cat, by today I had 2 very sick 17 year old cats. Needless to say, the sardines have just come in very handy.
Every cloud and all that ...0 -
What notes did you include Kitschkittty?
Don't think I've seen that option, or maybe just so obvious I missed it.0 -
It's when you check out. Can't quite remember on which page, if it was on the AF page or Google, but it is there. I left a note on my last one.0

I placed my first ever order with AF last night:j. And i'm ridiculously excited about it. lol. can anyone tell me how long it will take for them to deliver? i'm in scotland. and although we've an IV p9ostcode, not really highlands. i'm home most of the time anyway, but i'm a jinx and guaranteed if i pop out they'll turn up! :rolleyes:Unfortunately,

It shouldn't be too bad for you at all.
Mine travel Sheffield-Glasgow-Aberdeen-Orkney
I would think yours would go to Glasgow and then straight up to Inverness.
From what I can make out they are picked up from the warehouse in the evening (5pm) then go to Sheffield, then straight up to Glasgow and are usually booked in there around 4.30am. Then it's just the trip up to your neck of the woods.
Up to Orkney mine take longer and longer. Just heard that apparently my last order was booked in as received on 26th, but I actually didn't get it till 28th - the last bit of the journey takes longer than the first few hundred miles.0 -

What!
That is not on. I know it turned out fine for you but if you order out of stock chocolate you expect it to be substituted for some other type of chocolate or something sweet at least.
I would not have been impressed.0 -
We had crisps substituted with deodorant!!0

I didn't only get sardines I did get a few other sweet bits as well. But they have got the substitute menu up and running now and I hadn't used it, so I think what they do is take a few other things that you've ordered and add to them instead.
... and like I say, the sardines have come in very, very, handy!
Although I'm not sure about the deoderant for crisps thing ...
I know that Rachael is back now though, so I think they just had a bit of a wonky week and I have got some great stuff that I'm very, very, pleased with (but I'm not saying what it is because you lot will buy it all up next time;))0 -

Dear Dan, Rachel & co, Please can you adjust the following in my order (as you've got a couple of teething problems). Haribo 6 should be £2.00 not £2.40. Please add Knorr Chinese Style Sauce Mix £1 Box of 14 - I tried adding it, but it came out as £16 odd! Also can you add Stick Snacks 8 pack £0.30 as when I tried adding it it said they weigh 175kg and messed up the delivery charges! many thanksA waist is a terrible thing to mind.0
