well a few things I wanted are supposedly back in stock so I've tried an order with the new site, found a one or 2 severely weird pricing bugs and a weight bug too (pack of corn snacks @ 175kg anyone? lol) but overall it was fine and I could add a message in. Good for me that I have paypal so can hopefully sort out any issues with payment quickly, but will just have to keep my fingers crossed and see.

One good feature of the new site is that on the new lines area it lets you filter by the number of days. So you can see what has been added just today, or over the last 5 days. Some nice looking choc brownies there- but I ordered yesterday.:p

excellent value products, excellent packaging and delivery. Excellent customer service but I have stopped buying and so I have stopped snacking on junk and so am losing weight

Can`t they please get more real food and not bakin boys rubbish

edit: I never went over the top but just generally bought stuff that I wouldn`t touch with a bargepole in a normal shop

I just have had my 2nd order (both times were collected as my OH sometimes passes that way) and I don't buy any rubbish. I have had muesli, oats, cous cous, rice, mayonnaise, bars of chocolate (for making home made cookies), dates (for baking), packet soup (for when I really don't have time to make my own), sosmix (for vegie sausage rolls), pasta, etc, etc.

You don't have to buy rubbish . Just treat it as if you were in the supermarket shopping. I just look and see what would fit into our families diet, order it and 'persuade' OH to collect.

Argh 3 days and I've not heard a word from them, guess I'll have to try giving them a call tomorrow and find out whats going on. :undecided

another great order recieved yesterday. Ordered last week on Thurs and left by DHL in my shed yesterday (used their own initiative to find safe location - v.impressed!). Excellent packaging, lots of bubble wrap and extra cardboard packing it out. Pleased with all products and intrigued by mexican posole and mexican dried chillies (chilli chipotle), can't wait to try them both! Aussie licquorice yummy and herbal tablets delicious! Have got our childminder a box of the baking boys cakes, so we get the bargain and kids can enjoy them, without the danger of me scoffing any!!!

I think the stock is great just now. I placed 2 orders last week- one came with dhl this evening after 5 days, the other this morning after 2 with the other carrier who I much prefer. Anyway I am really pleased with the organic ratatouile tins at 20p each, though I haven't tried it- and the del monte orange is great value.

Anybody had any problems recently with despatch notices and deliveries - cos I have.

Seriously annoyed by now and even taking into the fact I live in one of the outlying areas this is getting very silly.

I'm still awaiting delivery of an order placed on 17th, plus I placed another order this week.

I've tried to phone/email on loads of occasions, sent a status request for the first order yesterday and got an email early this morning telling me my order had been packed ... which order though I haven't a clue.

So I phone and leave a message, still nothing.

It's not like me to get peed off with AF, but I sure as hell am at the minute.
