I was wondering that aswell. cant get to the easysleeps website for some reason. Thinking about ordering a couple just to see, if they're too small for the dog i can either sew two together or the cat will benefit.
Grunnie, i was impressed with the packing too! i had some conditioner in my order yesterday, and it was sealed in bags too. much better than most other places packing. i'm definately going to put in another order next week. Kids thought it was christmas when they got home! lol. :rotfl:

I must say I don't like that the basket does not save for long. Was doing an order last week then little one woke up so i had to feed her. By the time i got back my basket was empty

Hi, one thing I've noticed Is that when your order goes over a certain amount-the alternative options magically appears,lol. I've placed 2 orders last week all delivered by the alternative courier.

Traveller, I wonder if they altered the system because people perhaps thought they should have got one lot of 28kg at the cheaper rate when in fact that price only kicks in when you've ordered 56kg worth of shopping?

Sarah, I discovered the emptying basket syndrome this morning. It certainly does it in under half an hour, perhaps just after 15 minutes? I filled my basket twice before having to go out and do something and both times when I came back it was empty.

I did email them though, as requested on their front page, and give the details.

Wonder if anyone can help. I had my delivery yesterday and have got quite a few problems with it. I cannot find the e-mail address on the site any more. Does anyone know how i can get hold of Dan?

I find I get a reply more reliably by emailing them at [EMAIL="sales@approvedfood.co.uk"]sales@approvedfood.co.uk[/EMAIL] rather than through the link on the website.

Don't believe it. Waited all week for something interesting to come on, gave up and placed an order before other stuff disappeared ... this afternoon (obviously before the new stuff was added!!!)
