I was told by a woman at DHL that they don't work Saturdays (Sundays is a forgone conclusion) so I never count that day in anymore when I'm trying to estimate my delivery day.

I had a substitute list for my last order and the couple of things that weren't available were subbed with other stuff I'd ordered that weren't on the subs list. Kind of makes it pointless to have one! Having said that I still think AF are brilliant.

Has anyone used the Lemon Cake mix in a box? I couldn't find any English instructions anywhere, so with the help of OH and Google, we decided you had to add 3 eggs, 110 g marg and 150ml milk (or was it 150g marg and 110ml milk? I'm at work now and can't remember). I left it in the bread maker on cake setting when I left this morning - will let you know how it's worked out when I get home (bread maker is not home alone BTW - OH and kids are there, but you can't rely on them )

Could be worse had my order today 20% of which was out of stock not a single substitution though not best pleased this time!

Well, at last i had my first ever order delivered about an hour ago.:j (after the asda shopping luckily. lol) And i'm thrilled with it! i had two substitutions, but they were substituted with extra of other things i'd already ordered. so no complaints here! :Dcouple boxes of cereal were a wee bit bashed but the inner bag still totally intact.:TMy older two kids are going to go munch mad when they get in from school!:rolleyes: lol. i'll need to put in another order quick me thinks.

On the site at the moment it looks like the alternate courier option has gone . Anyone see it differently or know about it?

The collection option has been missing for about a week as well. They told me yesterday they're working on it, so perhaps the alternative courier is part of the same problem.

My order of cleaning stuff arrived early this morning ( very early still in pjs and no teeth:D) I am very impressed how they were packaged. each cleaning item is sealed in a poly bag with air so they don't burst. Wish other companies ( Lakeland & Boots especially ) would copy this as I have had loads of stuff burst from them.Will order form Approvedfood again. :j
