'Twas me! DH has a Costco rep coming to his work to see him about joining next week (I am guessing his company will pay the joining fee, although I'm not sure how these things work :o ) I think he will use the card mainly for office supplies and for buffet stuff for meetings/conferences, but won't bother going with him to "stock up" if it costs no less for baby stuff.

    Welcome to Newbie Mum-to-Be's too!!
Do go along but for yummy giant American sized food not nappies ;)
Krystal - I've not had their cheesecake but I'm always getting croissants, pain au chocolat, cherries, cookies, huge amounts of cheese, expensive but lush steaks and Bunderberg ginger Beer  AF - are you a fan of this yummy Aussie delight??

Random question - anyone heard about it stinging when losing your plug?

I'm tired today, spend most of the day in bed, MS is bad again, but trying to avoid medication. Scan tomorrow!

I was told specifically by my GP to not take co-codamol and paracetamol together because co-codamol contains paracetamol - I would check with your GP first...

Not sure I've heard that FG, will you see your consultant after your scan? Might be worth asking them if there's anything they can help with the sickness...

Hubby's back... He's told me to check out the shopping bags in the kitchen... I think he's bought me chocolate as per instructions... Later ladies ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I love Costco but don't actually buy that much :o. A rep came to my office years ago and signed me up as a Trade Member without all the faffing about with paperwork. When I gave up my job I just changed the address to my home.

We go for a little wander around and yup, the cakes are to die for! :j. DH also likes Skippy peanut butter and they sell massive jars at a fraction of the cost of a small one in Selfridges .

I don't buy baby things there as I usually find the supermarket/Boots offers work out cheaper.

Oh, and the best part for me is an extremely cheap baked potato with cheese and huge muffin at their cafe! :o;).

    Oooh chocolate, enjoy Krystal!

GP has given me another prescription for morning sickness tabs, saving them for emergencies - most of the time if I can get to sleep I'm alright.

Should be seeing someone tomorrow, will dutifully give them a sample and then ask them my gross question! I spoke to NHS direct nurse last night, and OH was grimacing at some of the answers I gave her (having to describe things in LOTS of detail) - yuck!

On a happy note, I didn't realise they showed two episodes of 24 last week, so I've got two tonight! And OH assured me he is only working a 10 hour day today, yay! How awful is it that he gets home at 9:30pm sometimes, and that feels early.

Costco - the chocolate mousse cake and carrot cakes are fantastic! The carrot cake freezes really well too so doesn't have to be eaten in one go.

I think it was codeine and paracetamol that was mentioned. I was prescribed both when I had a UTI and thought I was in labour! :rotfl:. Still have the codeine as I didn't want to take them at the time.
