I was told specifically by my GP to not take co-codamol and paracetamol together because co-codamol contains paracetamol - I would check with your GP first...
This is true, but you can take standard codine and paracetamol together which is basically what co-codamol is.
So basically cocodamol and codine are 2 seperate meds iyswim.

Random question - anyone heard about it stinging when losing your plug?

I'm tired today, spend most of the day in bed, MS is bad again, but trying to avoid medication. Scan tomorrow!
Never heard of that hun, I lost mine in the morning before i went into labour and it was painless.

    Hi all..

*hugs* to all in need, those fed up and those needing labour vibes :D

Nowt much to report from me. Felt like baby was stamping on my bladder repeatedly earlier on.. painful and felt like I was gonna wet myself with next stomp! :o

My boss is still being a moody cow. Have narrowed it down to "I know something you don't know, but I'm not going to talk to you at all or even be pleasant just in case I do accidentially tell you" - it's over OH's boss handing his notice in. Obviously what she doesn't realise is that I've known for longer than she has! What she also forgets is that I'm there to do a job, not dance down the corridors at the faint glimmer of my OH getting a promotion - that's for hometime! It's being advertised in the local paper though so unfortunately the glimmer is now fainter than it was yesterday but we can still dream!

My nice colleague had a chat with me earlier about how she appreciated it was going to be hard for me to leave.. She was being geniunely nice about it. I've often joked about "what if you prefer the temp to me?" and it's still playing on my mind. She was so nice and actually complimented me a lot on how I do my job so that more than made up for nasty boss' strops! :D

I'm off to see my grandparents in a bit. It's their 58th wedding anniversary today!! I'm going to show them the pics of their great-grandson :D

Here's one of my scan pics:-

I've got another one with all the ribs showing but OH hasn't sent me it for FB yet. If anyone can identify the solid black thing, please let me know! I'm not sure if it's solid like a liver or hollow like a stomach!

    TTFN xx

Oh and we might be changing our choice of name.
Jamie is one possibility..... I'm just not that 'stuck' on Warren anymore, I mean with DS he was called Aston from about 8 weeks and I never once thought I didnt want it.

I'm still struggling with calling bump "he" instead of "it" or "baby".. I don't think I'm having an issue with "baby" being a boy (not a girl like everyone seemed to think), it's more than I'm holding on to it being a surprise or "the unknown".. same as I won't call baby his name (even though I think we're 80% decided) until he's out in the world :)
