    i know MFD,
sometimes i'll reply straight then i forget where i was...
    re travel system/pushcahir/pram/car seat debate...
i dont drive, so i think we're best with a seperate car seat, will prob goto halfords cos they fit them for you and try then out and then a decent pram/pushchair combo. if i need to go anywhere i can walk and public transport is pretty good here.
so now all i need to do is find a nice one i like. but as i'm not due till sept there maybe new styles/colours by then, so i am going to try and stop chekcing all the websites as i am doing my own head in!! LOL

    mash and beans = Delicious

Anybody having funny cravings, I cant stop eating fried sprouts and bacon with brown sauce????

Been out working all day and now Im knackered.

My new bathroom im getting fitted is almost done, there is no radiator in there and its a bit cold, but my bones are aching so im jumping into the new jacuzzi with my book :T
  • Best thing to do jillie is get out and handle a few...I had my heart set on a Quinny Buzz til we looked at one and then hubby and I just thought they were a bit 'wobbly' for the price :o

You need to get a hold of them and move them around, change the seat position etc to get a proper feel for it.

As far as I can tell then that means you prob would have gone on the Friday anyway

I had a bowl of mushy peas with ham in it yesterday (and lots of added salt) which is not that strange...just not what I would normally have for lunch :rotfl:

hope everyone has had a nice day.
been working today, keep staring at all the people in with prams and pushchairs and the amount that are all in car seats is amazing. lets face it, if you go to trafford centre you;re going to be there longer than 90 mins!!

Jillie - I hate the Trafford Centre so I could easliy be there for about 10 mins. Much prefer Cheshire Oaks.

I was in Tesco at lunchtime on Friday, in the baby clothes section looking for a present idea for a friend.. I felt really weird and couldn't concentrate on looking properly - it was like I was afraid of someone from work seeing me and guessing my "secret".. Then I realised most of site (400+ people!) know and it would only take one quick glance down to guess even if they didn't know! :o

How long do babies use bouncy chairs for? Until about how many months old?

We've got a wardrobe set in our spare room which we need rid of and mum's suggested I see if my sis wants it, either for £50 or in exchange for a piece of baby kit, so I'm thinking a bouncy chair :) The ones I like are about £45-60 - too pricey? :( (for a chair I mean - not too much to charge my sis! ;))
Chris used his bouncy chair until about 9mths I'd say, I took it off him once he was more mobile coz he would try to get out of it so I didn't want him to tip it over and go bump!
He still uses his rocking chair here which is this one

Glam - I got the voucher from costco but it has expired out now, they do random vouchers for stuff every 2 weeks or so

MFD - I only had home apps with MW after I'd had Chris and they were rarely here long enough to have a cuppa, usually just looked at my stitches and chris, attempted to get him to feed and left.
Not sure about the muscles thing, I was never very focussed on my abs - too much work :o
