Son home, bad evening, feel terrible.

About 3.30pm DS who's 15 asked to go to nearest city with friends, odd as it's 50 mins there but he said they were going with girls dad and he would meet his dad there and go home with him. I went out to the girls dad and questioned this and he said they were going shopping and he would make sure DS met his dad ok. 6pm I text his dad to make sure he's ok and he was never meeting him, turns out the girls dad was never going city but collecting all the kids to go back with his DD for the night, weird. He lied to me as much as my son. I drove to their village, wasn't sure of house but found it, DS wouldn't come out, even swore at me (half-heartedly), flippen parents wouldn't speak to me, kids everywhere. I threatened them with police in the end, said their address would go on police record. All this by sending different kids in with messages, in the end DS got in the car. He has never ever been in any trouble before, never even been rude to me, he's also autistic and seems to not understand the consequences of his actions. I so wanted to bop the dad on the head!

So cross not even sure if this makes any sense, sorry.

Bloodyhell, what was the Dad thinking of????

I can understand your son lying, he's a teen and I think we've all been there, but for a parent who is meant to be a responsible adult, he has took the pish big time!

As if you would never have found out too ~ the mind boggles!

Old fart too! In his fifties, apparently his DD has him wrapped round her little finger. It's the village dos house for all the local kids. While I sat outside (for ages) I couldn't but help feel sorry for their poor neighbours.

    OMG tara!!
I think if I were you I would call the local police station and tell them what happened I'm sure they would be interested to hear about this seeing as this guy could be construed as having kidnapped ur son or something, it all sounds very strange.
I personally have experienced parenting I don't agree with but I would never let someones child do something or lie for them knowing how the parent felt!!
