  • Hubby just told me that his favourite name is now the one that I liked a month ago and he just poo-poo'ed it

Every time I think we have decided he changes his mind...then stupidly I go along with him (there are 4 on our list that are firm favourites of mine). By the time he gets home I would have gotten used to his new fave and he will have changed his mind

Def off for a bath now - do angry vibes bring babies on?

Choose a name in the bath and then thats the one! End of! Simple! :D.

Jamie had a personalised chair and name plaque from about 24 weeks so neither of us could change our minds!:rotfl:

    xx
  • Aww, Tine, he does find you alluring but more in an incredible-my-wife-is-growing-our-baby kind of way. My DH told me I was amazing and he was so proud of me for giving birth and I'm sure your hubby will too :o.

And once Roo is here, he will fancy you even more - promise! :D

    xx

Mmm - I'm with MrsT I think - my hubby is full of love and is being very loving and nice...I know he loves me, I just want him to fancy me again! I want my horny hubby back ;):D

    Update from the MrsT household:
Thanks to all for the nice messages - ended up having a long MSN conversation with hubby and feel much better now :) He's even willing to try blindfold and turning out the lights so long as I promise not to let him feel the bump whilst we're getting jiggy :rotfl:
Went to see MW - miserable moo - was supposed to be the locum... HA! *sulk* anyway bubs seems normal and active, good heart beat etc my BP is 120 over 60... apparently that's fine! Also a hint of protein in my sample and 2 +s of glucose... BAAAAH! Got told off for having a KitKat this morning (whooooooooooooooops) but they are going to do a blood glucose test too - which brings us on to the fun that was my 28 week bloods... or lack of.
I LOOK LIKE A DRUG USER! They have stabbed me 4 times before giving up so now I have to go back first thing tomorrow (10) for the nurse to try again... PAH... And I still hate needles so not happy!
Still... feel miles better because I spoke to hubby and told him how miserable and fat and ugly I felt... It's daft and I knew it was daft... but these ruddy hormones just couldn't be convinced that he still thought I was gorgeous and lovely and fancied me... he just can't get his head round the bump being there when getting jiggy :) But he'll try bless him!

Off to find some food (apparently I need to eat less sugar just in case... more bah humbug!)...

That's much more polite than what I was thinking ;)

Although I do feel really guilty because I have just ignored the phone and it was MIL - will pop round and see her in a bit instead I think :D
I don't blame you MFD I'll be putting voicemail on my fone that will say - if you are calling to find out if I've had the baby, sod off! We will let you kno when it arrives and not a moment earlier and then blow a raspberry:p
I remember when I had Chris I txted a my friends who my mum/MIL wouldn't have had the numbers of and switched it off, only switched it back on about 2 days later and it went mental beeping like crazy with.... 50+ texts

My rabbit is a bit sad. Another big box of baby things arrived, and he looked at it so hopeful! He is used to every box being full of things for him. Think he is a bit jealous!

You can have mine if u like ;)
The one and only occasion I have known him to not even consider trying for some jiggy was when he had a catheter in _pale_
H still wants to hump me when I'm ill  he'd rub my back if I was sick then try to slide round to boob:rolleyes:

  • i just had my midwife appt, she was really nice! she couldnt feel anything so im probably not even 12 weeks yet, im really dissappointed as it means im just really fat!

i have to take my wee home with me too and reuse the bottle i dont mind though it seems silly to throw the bottles away each time. i also had to take the lid off and hold the bottle for her!
