  • My midwifes are useless and I have to remind them of everything - I have an appointment tomorrow and will ask them. I will also ask if they have any Health in Pregnancy Grant forms but wont hold my breathe!! This may be my last chance as probably wont have another appointment until 38 weeks if I get that far.

My waters went in bed... But I woke up halfway across the bathroom convinced I was wetting myself... (My sister made me sit on towels in her car to the hospital but I was leaking constantly from then till Aimee was born...)

They just cooked a lemon meringue on This Morning... Now I absolutely have to have some...
I was just thinking of forwarding that recipe to MIL
I want the moosey thing with sherbert too

sami the antibodies is the injection you get at 34-36 weeks, i refused it during pregnancy and only had it at the end with all of mine:D

I had my anti-d injection at 28 weeks and then wont have another until after the birth. I had to remind them of that as well!!

I have routine bloods at booking in, 12 weeks, 26-28 weeks and 34 weeks, with Anti-D at 28 weeks and 34 weeks. There is a space in my book for 34 week blood results.

My Nan lost a baby because of Rhesus Disease, so I'm very glad its known about now!

Ness I started ttc later than planned due to a few problems and went all out straight off coz I didn't want to be heavily preg mid summer I said june was ideally the latest so we "had" to get it first time - I was sooo happy when we did :D

I'm soo glad I'm not Rh-!!!

Poor Charlie, Caz he just being nice and doesn't kno his stregth bless!
Chris is being lovely about bubs today; he lifted my top first thing and stroked my tummy saying "hello baby brother sister" :happyhear
Carseat arrived - very rude royal mail bloke left it on the doorstep didn't even hand it to me or pop it in the porch like most delivery peeps do  It wasn't at all heavy but I am obviously pregnant most deliveries I get are very nice and offer to bring it in for me! Chris was very excited when I told him it was a seat for baby to go in the car, he checked it all out and sat in it and said "nice for brother sister":happyhear I do love him!!

  • Midwifes in my area are useless. I see a different one each time I go and they all tell me something different. Despite the hospital saying that I should have my blood pressure monitored weekly I still have gone 4 weeks without seeing anybody. I hate going to my appoinments as they are always running late then despite the appointment being booked for 20 minutes I am in and out in 5. All they do is check unrine,BP and have a quick feel and ask how I am whilst not really listening to me anyway as they are too busy writing in my book.
