OU= total waste of money and waste of time. It was so easy that it felt like doing GCSE or something

    Really...?

I think that if you've been educated to A level or have even studied at degree level before, the early stages with the OU can be unchallenging. I don't think that this is the case at the higher stages or for people who are making a great leap to study at this level.

I was educated to A level standard 20 years before i started studying with the OU, and certainly haven't found my first couse (level 1) completely unchallenging, but am finding first level 2 course rather challenging to say the least!

I already have a LLB(Hons) from one of the top universities. Thirteen years later I am redoing it through the OU but my first course W100 - An Introduction to Law made me feel as if I had lost many of my brain cells through those years!

That's a bit of a radical comment there and a bit of a slap in the face for those who give up many hours of their time trying to better themselves.

Maybe you were just doing the wrong courses?

I've never heard anyone be so down on the OU before - Every opinon I've heard in the past has been the complete opposite of yours.
