My night out is tomorrow night. Got to go up to telford tomorrow and drop off the kids and then I am off ont he raz with my husband hahah Very hilarious for me because we are comfy home people.. we don't drink or smoke or nothing.. squares haha!!
JUST stepped out of the shower.. I am laughing at you saying about me dripping black on the keyboard Rusty.. like something out of the GrudgeI was all lovely and clean.. even moisturised
and I noticed black ALL down my legs.. only went and spilt some dye on the bed then put my legs all over it.. DUH!!
Sylphy Thought of you first when we were on about corsets. Oh that sounds a bit saucy haha. I have never had a proper one but knowing my self I would probably tighten it until I went blueSounds like you had fun without me last night.. BOOO!! Did you buy the initially yours set by brenda Pinnick? She is a lovely lady and Rosemary is bringing a gorgeous bargain set by her, hopefully for the next TSV from America.
Rainmac People pay you to make work.. everything you make is just stunning. Have faith in yourself, I would never lie to you. I can't wait to meet you just because you are so lovely xx
have a great weekend Goochie pops
Rusty I used to think I was fat when I weighed about 12 stone. Some of you will be shrieking thinking WHOAH LARD !!!!. I wish I had accepted myself then and not kept dieting. When I developed SPD all of the eating habits and lack of exercise caught up with me and I can tell you.. if we compared weights now I would win you hands down. It is a lot more than 12!! I see you and I just see someone who looks lovely.. and is loads of fun. I didn't once look at your pictures and think you was fat.. so trust me and be happy with who you are (says me!!) you are lovely x I loved your story about you and your boss.. must have been amazing to share such a special friendship and i'm glad you got back in touch. P.S I look awful in skirts!!
Mhagster I remember Bunty because I used to read the hand-me-down annuals when I was a kid LOL They are so mean to do that to you!! I remember writing a poem once and sending it to the Tammy or Twinkle magazine (How old am I sounding??) They sent me a letter about a year later with a 10 pounds gift voucher in but the comic had long gone since then! I was gutted to never see it in print. 4 years later I was in a charity shop and I picked up a copy reminiscing.. and it was the one with my letter in!! How jammy was that!!:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0 -
GORGEOUS rusty!!! Are you going to put the journal jar prompts inside? I love it!!:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0

Mhagster, sorry but I don't remember the Bunty! lol ... I have heard about it though
How awful you must have felt when you had your rejection letter
Mel I hadn't thought of putting in the journal prompts, however I might think about it now! How clever are you! Thankyou
Mel I refuse to get into an argument about who is the fattest :rotfl: I am very unhappy with how I am but can't change it no matter how hard I try so now I just try to live with it! What is SPD? (forgive my ignorance) I don't care how much you say you are bigger than me I can tell you that you are not! ... You are lovely.... now do you have some clothes I can borrow? :rotfl:
P.P.S I look awful in skirts aswell... I have no legs!

I have worked out it must be nearly 30 years since my letter was rejected........I would have been about 9 or 10 so anyone born in the last 3 decades and certainly in the last 2 won't have a clue!
The bunty was a weekly comic with stories and picture stories and a letters page I never featured in.............I am nearly 40 (aaargh 4 weeks) and still haven't quite got over it!
No wonder it went out of publication when they couldn't even recognise talent!!0 -
I have no idea about things like this because I've never done anything similar before
but I saw the Exploding Boxes a few pages ago and they look fab - I want to make one.
It says to use card stock and (told you I was completely new to this) I have no idea what I should really be buying? Is there a certain type? Also any places you recommend buying it from??
Thanks xxSealed Pot challenge #508

Janeliz, A lot of the wonderful ladies on here will have stacks and stacks fo card stock, however I don't. I plan to use normal A4 card which I got in a pack from wilkos. I have used this for my last handful of cards and also the pyramid I did on the last page. Normal A4 card should be ok and then print the template off to do it on there. That is how I plan to do one anywayRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0

I remember Bunty, my mom used to buy it me, not long before it went out of print. Think I liked St Claires in it.
Great box Rusty. You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -
Hi all!!
I keep coming on and reading and not getting down to actually replying to you all!!:o
I am disappointed that I didn't really do anything to celebrate Rudolph day with everyone!! I haven't even been on organizedchristmas to see what they were doing for Chrimbo!!
I have got most of my presents for birthdays up until my son's bday in June and I have several christmas presents. I am probably neutral for the presents that I have given out so far this year!!! But I definitely need to work a bit harder on the neutral bit as I seem quite good at the gifty bit!!!lol!! :rotfl: I have some money from quidco in, I have about £54 in tesco thingys, I should have lots of nectar points as rarely use those, I have maybe £8 in VO, just over £10 in the piggy place! There's not many boots points left as I bought several pressies in the sale!!:T think I might have to try other survey sites tho I did sign up for the new one I was referred to.
Please feel free to contact me to refer me to any others you expert guys!!
I was good and I didn't order anything on QVC tho Choccy O has to be applauded for remembering to go via quidco whilst in a paper/craft buying frenzy!!! But I haven't succumbed to QVC yet tho I am often tempted!! I am saving pennies for the NEC! :A
I am really sorry if I brought back the D & V bug from the USA and gave it to you my chums and your little people sorry!:o I really hope you are all recovering and all get the much needed sleep that you deserve!
Rusty and PLM I think u r both beautiful to me and I have never seen either of you!! I just see you here and what you say and write is wonderful so please please think positive thoughts!!:D
PLM ab fab work for the scrapbook apprentice as per usual and so glad you are gonna be remaining in that competition for a long time yet!!! There are too many people voting for you, because we luvs ya, your work is great and your an all round good egg!!!
:j :j :j to my thrifty gifty girls!!!
Sorry I have been waffling on for ages!! It's hubby's birthday today so I have had a busy day and I'm just sitting down to relax now!! I worked, rushed to Tesco for weekend shop, picked up kids, went home, unloaded car, baked birthday cake, filled dishwasher and put on, made birthday card for hubby and the kids made a card each too, wrapped the pressies then hubby was home!! dd DECORATED THE CAKE AND WE HAVE ALL JUST HAD A BIT!! sorry re caps keep doing that!! DD off to scouts someone bringing her home so we can have a drink and DS is keen to have a takeaway curry with hubby and I!!
Is anyone still awake with all this dribble!! I'm going now my dear friends luv ya xxx0 -
I've just had a nosey on organized christmas......they've just had rudolph day and suggest that you write down what you have done this month and to do it each month so that when it comes time to do your annual Christmas letter, everything will be there for you to remember.0
