Love them both mel - did you make the flowers in the bottom right corner yourself - if you did spill the beans on how you did it please or if you didn't where did you get them so cute
Like the pic of her opening the pressies - the concentration...
and can I just say your layouts are amazing but your cards ARE AMAZING! Like the one you did for the challenge you're doing. LUSH.0 -
This months challenge is to use ribbon techniques so I made the flowers. What I did was sew up the edge of the ribbon and then pull the cotton so that it all gathers. Tie a knot and you have a cute flower:xmastree:Self Certified Christmas Addict:xmastree:0

Can I ask did you make your own corset? or did you have it made? Where would be the best place to sell a corset or would it be better to just keep it? sorry for so many questions, I have a beautiful silk one and I have worn it twice!!
Love the new work for the new challange! Wish I could do pages so beautiful!!
Chocky orange what did you order?
Well I have done absolutely nothing I felt so ill at half 10 this morning I scooped up my little and went and climbed back into bed. I didn't even hear her wake up but OH did and came up and sorted her out and left me sleeping ! I only woke up just before 3Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Rusty, I have never seen your scrapbook pages but you are so talented I bet you could make something amazing
I Wish i was talented enough to make a corset but me and sewing machines DO NOT get on. This is just one I bought from the shop.. Whenever I see a nice gothic number I can't resist it
Why don't you wear your corset? Best place to sell it would be Ebay I think.. What's it like.. me likes corsets

Aurora VO is rubbish for me aswell, to the point I have given up from it and mark the mails as spam now! I am on £6 with one poll though so still a fair way to go for £40 but worth it as it has taken me about 1 week to get £6
These are 2 (well almost 2, I have another Jar to do) out of the 4 journal jars I need for mothers day .... I made matching bookmarks aswell
These are absolutely gorgeous Rusty!!!
So sorry Valued Opinions is being rubbish for lots of people. I do ok with them, couple of surveys a week so it's not going to make me a millionaire but it's a bit more to put towards Xmas:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -
They are lovely layouts Mel, how did you get involved with the magazine in the first place?0

I don't get on with sewing machines either.... Hmmm I don't wear my corset cause I am fat and horrible and very concious! it is a beautiful corset and had it made for me as a thankyou from my old boss he paid £375!! It was made by a company called Rawhide corsets. It is a purpley colour with beading across the top all of the way round. It is silk, and has the dignity panel up the back.
Errr I can't explain any more lol so will try and find a photo
It looks like this .... but she is extremely thin in hers :rotfl:Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0
