    Welcome to all newbies

((((((((((((Hugs))))))))))))))) to everyone who needs or wants one

I managed to sort out all the pressies and my little book yesterday, I did try to post my list but the computer bombed out again...I'm sure it doesn't like me posting long posts anymore..... (Will try again later and see)

Right, I'm off to get a COFFEE, and get the kiddies ready for school, will try and catch up with you later on, hope you all have a nice day....

PS did we get a challenge set this month? I can't remember ??? I'm loosing the plot here so forgive me if I've missed it

Where's the Coffee?? Show me the Coffee NOW!!
  • Thank you Goochie - great ideas - I will work on them!

And thank you PLM - you are so sweet - I will be sticking around a bit longer!!

Does anyone find that after all the hard work of cleaning their house for Christmas that it has reverted back to the usual mess and chaos? I've only just managed to get the kid's Christmas toys sorted into boxes and though we have a lovely view from our windows you can't really see it at the moment through the layer of grime!! Aagh! I need the OC regime to start now!

I agree totaly, I have let it slip too, it's as if I have no motivation for it at the moment....:o Maybe we need to get the OC going again for Easter get us all motivated again. I'm sure they did an easter section... think I will have to have a look at that when I get back from the school Run.

Jammy's Idea of 15 mins at a time was a good idea, but I think I would need to do it every 15 mins to get on top of things at the moment.:o

Nice to see you back too... missed you.

  • Morning everyone, hope you are all well? and happy? and if your not then heres some *hugs*

I am completely shattered, I was still up at gone 2am bathing my littly, she hasn't stopped being sick most of the night and the last time being 5:47am! .... she then came into bed with me and OH as we were both too tired to remake up her cot! Touch wood she hasn't been sick yet since then and I hope she doesn't. It must be awful for her. She is lying on the settee and hasn't moved other to be put in the car to take big one to school! she still isn't drinking properly but will keep trying ... if she gets worse its back to the docs.
Thankyou for all the kind wishes :) Xx

I want to try and finish off 2 journal jars I started yesterday, I am making a nappy cake tutorial for someone on here who has asked me to and I have a whole stack of washing to do again, even though I cleared it all yesterday :(

    Jeesh!

Hope everyone's kids get better soon.

My dd is going back to nursery today, yahoo!

Rusty - oh dear baths in the night - had to do that before - my dd has been sick a few times then just fell asleep in it so it's been in her hair - yack!

Mel - my dd's best friend had gastro over the half term week - was starting to worry she was coming down with that but she's fine now - thank goodness for that. Found a curious george dvd for 3.00 that has reruns of episodes lasting 1 hour 45mins - a small price to pay for that much peace - she sits mesmerised while it's on.

    Morning ladies :hello:

Aww shame about the little uns being poorly, hope they all feel better soon :)

I'm up early today (early for me, probably a good lie in for the rest of the world :rotfl:) I have such a bad sleeping routine but I had to be up before 10 today because I want to try and get some cheap prague hotel rooms.

Going to get started on my web site today, I can't remember if I mentioned it on here or not. It's just going to have pics of my "photoshop art" - I use the term art very, very loosely because they're not art, they're naff but I just needed something to put on a website so that'll do :rotfl:

Anyway it's nearly 10 so better get over to the website and get ready...wish me luck :D xx
 Think happy & you'll be happy
    I :heart2: my doggies
  • Morning all

Sorry to hear there are so many sick little ones and (((HUGS))) to all who need them.

    Welcome to all the Newbies.:hello:

Well, my spectacularly bad week got worse yesterday, my poor 96 year old Gran had a fall and has fractured her hip, she lives in Dorset and I can't get down there to see her soon, I just seem to be so weepy this week, most unlike me. Today is the 5th anniversary of my Dad passing away, and I have decided that retail therapy is on the cards, so am off to do some shopping just for ME.

Thanks for all your support this week, it really helps.

  • Morning all, its only 11 & I already wanna go to bed, lol
:Hello: Hi to the newbies & I hope everyone who are ill/injured or have ill/injured relatives get better soon. All well here (touch wood), though I'm off for a bolld test in a week or so, hoping it'll show I've got an underactive thyroid again, if it is then a few pills & hopefully a few of my problems will be helped :)

I WILL post my list today, I've written down all the places I get points from, how many points I have & how much I need to get a voucher. Also any cash amounts as well.
Need to update my list of pressie prices.
Yesterday I also started decorating a folder to be a "Guide to Celebrations" to start putting recipes in, patterns for toys & other ideas I could make, or have made, dates, photos of whats been done, details of what worked & what didnt, area for cards that have been made/need making etc. I want it to look really nice so it'll last my lifetime, & maybe even a few generations if I'm lucky, & they can add their own input.

You'll have to give us a link when its done Hayley, we all love a nosey ;)

I'm off to get a coffee, it was very cold out today & I havent warmed up properly yet.
