ooh jammy - our other fabulous leader... I would either leave the spine and just go up to the silver and match your colours with the silver - put ribbon down the edge of the paper you cover it with - so you don't see the edge.

...or try doing like a rag roll/sponged effect with paint on the spine -

you could try covering with paper but with all the bending of the paper you'll need a heavy duty glue.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma i've got the chronicles of narnia collection Brand new, unread, in its collection box, mint condition. And i don't know if i should sell it or not as it may be something for OH neice to have, she's nearly 6 and on adult books (smart kid ) but then again may get money for them although will lose out on P&P. Not sure what to do....HELP!!!! :rotfl:

Have you got a local paper, we have a freebie paper weekly as long as ur item is under £200 its free to sell.
Otherwise try the local supermarkets they have free adds, x

well, for my tuppence worth, I like the way we are. I'm more a thrifty gifty with my bargains than a crafty dafty...I enjoy all the chit chat and look forward to catching up on everyones news but as I've said before I'm just nosey!!
stay as we are.......it's nearly christmas anyway!

No wonder I didnt know it! I enjoy watching that type of movie once, & thats it. No wonder OH recognised it, he loves that movie, as well as dirty dancing & titanic - think he's more of a chick when it comes to films than me, lol
