I'm glad you feel better Rusty but it doesn't hurt to have a rant now and then and hopefully its put him in his place
Well still no news about my dog I just phoned the Vets and the results are still not in and was told to ring back tomorrow !! Bit annoyed as we were told they would be in yesterday.
Just made up some chocolate orange mousse for class tonight - really easy to do just made up orange jelly and stirred in a chocolate orange muller. Its setting lovely in the fridge - haven't done it before so hope it turns out ok:D Very cheap and easy to do and is very low in syns.
My boys are sleeping over my Nan's tonight (their great nanny) for the second time only as i'm mornings tomorrow and OH is nights tonight. She bought lovely wooden bunk beds especially for them in their own room so I think they are looking forward to it.
Finished my cousin's CV so just going to potter this afternoon or may have a snooze
Paddingtondoo - hope there is good news on the workfront for your OH
Rainmac - you are so kind offering to pay for Rusty :A:A:A:ALittle Miss Chatterbox
:smileyheaMum to Jake and Harri:smileyhea0 -
Rusty - you should be really proud of those bouquets and everything else you made cos they are all fab and such great presents to keep forever (and very MSE as well). What do OH's know? NOTHING is the answer!!!
If my OH said he was buying/had ordered an XBox or whatever I'd go ballistic. Will you be able to stop yourself throwing the blinking thing across the room? Not sure I could? I'd teach my little one to jam food in it or something. I can be quite awful I knowIf you can get to the NEC tomorrow I'll buy your ticket and you can share whatever food I take. You deserve it missus! Tell OH he is in charge for the day, may do him some good and appreicate you more for everything you do.
I sent you some Quickutz shapes that I squeezed, hope they arrive safely and if you want any more of the same you know where to come (I've got loads of bits of card - perfect for squeezing).
Huge Hugs to everyone, think most of us need one :grouphug:
Hi Rainmac,
Thankyou very much for the kind offer, I really appreciate it but I really can't. I really would love to come but it just isn't possible. I had saved up half of the money to come but now it looks like I will have to use it on the bills as he is clueless about how little money we actually have yet he deals with the billsYou are very lovely and very kind xxx
Also wanted to say a big massive thankyou for the die cuts you have sent ... the posty has just dropped them through the letterbox :j :j :j they are fab thankyou!!! Can I just ask did you strip the papers up into long sheets then cut them? they are fantastic thankyouI bought my first die the other day out of my money neutral pot it was the round tag one
I used that on my cards or rather the 2nd die in the pack. I will pop something in the post for you tonight ...
Shelley sorry to hear there is no news, surely no news is good news though? fingers crossed for you
thankyou for all the lovely commentsRaising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

Don't want you you popping anything in the post for me not when you have bills to pay missus. I didn't give you the die cuts thinking you would give me something back, they are a pressie
I did do that, cut 12 x 12 sheets into strips and than ran the strips through the Squeeze. Also have been keeping off-cuts of card that I have had left over from other things and used that. Am wondering about cutting loads and trying to sell them as sets on ebay? Need to think about that one...
Don't want to speak out of turn and I'm not sticking my nose in but has your OH been to the Job Centre to see what help/support is available for job seeking and if he is entitled to any financial help? Would be worth it if he hasn't been already.
Will miss you tomorrow but understand why you can't come. Will have to do something else another time:wave: If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain :wave:0 -

Rusty - Glad your stuff was saved :T Would have been a terrible shame. Your bouquet is very pretty. I can totally understand how you feel with regards to bills and money. My OH doesn't have a clue how much money we have coming in or going out. God forbid anything happened to me because he honestly wouldn't have a clue. He doesn't even know how to access his own online banking  He ordered some footy boots last week - for £30, but he didn't bother to check the shipping or billing address so they were sent to our old apartment  Hopefully they will be returned to and we'll get a refund but we're £30 down for now anyway. And he wanted to order another pair, yeah right, don't think so mister!!
We got into a right mess financially last summer because he just quit his job then wouldn't sign on so he had no money coming in for 3 months and I have no idea how we managed to stay afloat. Well I suppose we didn't really, we're in a DMP now because we got so behind with our debt repayments and we owe hundreds to the gas, elec and waterLuckily i'm on track with everything now but it wasn't a fun time. And all the worry landed on me, because he doesn't care about things like that and he wonders why I get stressed out and sad? It's pretty much the only thing we argue about.
Shelley - my fingers are crossed for your dogReally hope he/she is okay x
I've got lots to do today and I got up really late which surprised me because I was asleep before 1 last night and i'd napped for about an hour when I got back from ice skating. All that skating must have wiped me out :rotfl:
I'm still feeling very happy today, I had the best birthday ever yesterday(for some reason my birthdays are usually rubbish!) I'm going to try and get everything on my list done while i'm in a happy mood
So I am sending some of my happy vibes to anybody that needs a little pick me up...... Think happy & you'll be happy
I :heart2: my doggies
