Thankyou guys you always seem to cheer me up :D ... I plan to just ignore her now ... maybe I could report her emails as spam :rotfl: I wouldn't mind so much but she seems to act as if my kids are actually hers! she is demanding to have my daughter for the week when my auntie takes my son over to bulgaria for a holiday, I said to her that she would need to make an effort as my daughter was just over 1 the last time she saw her and so wouldn't remember her or indeed go with her ... her response to that was well you will have to make her as I haven't got the time or money to drive up there! As if I am going to force my daughter to go with someone who she will see as a complete stranger! Grrrr

Rusty, you are going through the mill a bit lately aren't you. So wish I was round the corner and I'd come armed with chocolate and crafty stuff so we could have a chat and set the world to rights and craft as well :D.

Me and my brother get on ok but often don't agree. We live very different lives. How you are getting by in my opnion (for what it's worth - not much I know!) is really none of your sister's business.

I think your daughter and my little son have loads in common: similar age, he is a whirlwind, a headbasher and can out-tantrum any girl I have ever met. But he's also lovely, he is who he is.

Many congratulations Mrs Sugarspun :T I too would love to see some pics ;)

Hello to everyone, hope you all have a good day. My OH is flying back from Dubai, as I type, boys are so excited, hopefully he'll be back in time for school pick-up this afternoon, will blow Jack away if his dad is there :D

Going to try and make a book card thing for the challenge on the card making thread, I set the challenge and lots of people have made fantastic creations (including Mrs Rusty ;)) but I am struggling with the idea of what I wanted to do so am going to try and make a start on something else.

Rainmac do we need to have an excuse to eat lots fo chocky and do lots of crafting? :j

So glad your OH is coming home I bet you are all so excited :D

Hmmm I think your DS will have met his match with regards to tantrums ... I have never known a child with such a tantrum/temper on her ... sometimes it is quite dangerous as she will happily batter her head off anything and regularly drop to the floor to do so! ..... I bet they would get on well though ;)

Bunbun ... I was sending subliminal kicks up the bum ;)

Rufusdog well done to your daughter, sounds like her efforts and hard work have paid off I bet you are so proud!

    Hi :hello:

I ordered some papers and ribbons off Glitter Pot the other day and they came this morning :j They are so pretty :DI'll have to find something creative to do with them. Not sure i'm ready to do the exploding box yet..i'll have to build up that ;)

I had a rough night, decided to take the anti d's and I don't know if it was just a coincidence or what but I had a weird night. We were sat up at about 2am because I was nearly crying saying I couldn't feel my legs and I felt like I wasn't there if that makes any sense, everytime my OH said something, I was aware that he was talking but couldn't focus on him at all. It was really very strange. I managed to get back to sleep though and i'm fine today.

Don't think i'm going out anywhere today...need to sort the kitchen out, we had to empty the kitchen under the sink when the sink was blocked the other day and I haven't put it all back yet :o Going to put the chocolate fountain from under there on ebay though. Might try and do that today as well, get all my ebay stuff ready :D

I've been playing on bingo port this morning, I never win at bingo! I think i'll stick to the slots. I love slots anyway, soooo addictive :rotfl:

Rusty - I don't really get on with my sister either. We lead very different lives and although we do speak, we're not close at all and do fall out on a regular basis

Big hugs to everybody who needs one :D Have a good day ladies xx

Thanks to everyone for their lovely welcomes:D:D:D:j

Sorry to hear about your sister Rusty and I agree with the others she is probably jealous!! You are doing a brilliant job so don't let her put you down. Don't you just love it when somebody questions your finances? yet stay tight lipped about their own!!
Like Rainmac I get on ok with with my brother but our lives are the total opposite - he has never really worked, doesn't claim dole and lives off my Dad. He then comes to our home and moans about what we got and basically says its alright for us because we earn money. Never mind the fact we have a very BIG mortgage, 2 cars to run, 2 children and all the bills:mad:

Jamtart - I have to get organised now for Mother's Day but not quite sure what to do yet so that is work in progress. My son is 6 in May and we have decided to decorate his room for him - the poor mite is still in his little tikes thomas bed!!
He has now decided he wants a star wars bedroom so I am currently planning it all like a military operation. Hubby and I have been gutting his bedroom all morning and boy did it need doing!! Why do children have so much?!!!!!!!!!!! It was shocking the stuff I have had to bin because all the bits were missing! :( We thought the toy clear up should be started early and we will start decorating next month x

I'm currently bidding on a yoda cardboard cutout for him to wall mount and we are now planning the colour scheme LOL. I love it :D:D:D:D:D

Yey Shelley, my DS1 would love a Yoda cutout, fingers crossed you win it!!!

I am off to the train station to pick up OH :j, DS2 is sound asleep on the sofa, just about to try and get him in the car, just hope he stays asleep otherwise he's going to be a nightmare...

Steak and chips for special welcome home tea tonight :T :T :T
 If you want the rainbow, you've got to put up with the rain

    :hello: Afternon everyone :hello:

Sorry I haven't been around for a few days. i've managed to read the posts but not had chance to post. My OH has been off for a few days so I've been going out and about with him so it was nice to have him around. He's back at work today though :(

I'm not even going to try replying to all I've missed so !!!!{HUGS}}} to anyone who needs them.

I wanted to say THANK YOU to those who've sent me links or referred me to the survey sites :T . I've been accepted by 4 including pinecone so fingers crossed I get some surveys to do.

Rufus - Boots do lots of different make up brands. I think Benefit, Ruby and Millie and Urban Decay are aimed more at teenagers but are on the pricey side. Cheaper brands are Boots 17, Rimmel and Maybelline. Could you ask a sales assistant for advice about colours ?

Rusty - sorry you're having a hard time from your sister. I'm an only one so can't really comment but hope you get things sorted.

Sylphraven - hope you have a lovely relaxing day

Rainmac - really glad for you that OH will be home today :D Enjoy your steak and chips:D

I'm going over to have a look at the matched betting info to see if I can understand it and make a few quid. Has anyone here tried it ?

    Have a lovely afternoon x

Hey Bikerchick I'm 42 but must have been a late starter as my eldest is only 10!!! Congrats to your fully-grown-up-key-to-the-door-never-been-21-before-daughter!!! My little sister has a 20 year old daughter!
Furrypig Weird that you're 42 as well. Where abouts in Surrey do you live? I lived in Banstead until I was 19, we could have been at scool together!

I'm sooo excited (how sad!!) Operation Toyathon is well under way and I can feel my head getting clearer as more stuff is going out. Hurray :j:j:j
I'm actually having a lovely day Hubby and I are both off work until Monday so we are getting some jobs done in the house :) The only downside is I have Slimming club tonight and I've just ate a creme egg OOPPPPSS:o

Rainmac - I bet you are so excited for your husband to come home. Have a lovely evening ;)

Hayley11 - what is bingoport? I love bingo but don't go much these days x

oh wise one Mhagster - you always sound so positive and chirpy :D

Rusty: I am an optimist and like to look on the bright side of life and by virtue of my age 39 and 11 months and 5 days have obviously developed a wisdom I didn't even know I possessed!

I believe life is for living and making the most of what we've got.
I like to plan ahead, be organised and look forward but life doesn't always allow that to happen.

Anyway enough of the psycho babble I have a house you could stir and should really be tidying rather than chit chatting on here!

    Keep smiling:D Mx

Bingo Port is where you can play bingo and slots for free and you earn points and you can exchange those points for things, including Amazon vouchers :Dhttp://www.bingoport.co.uk/ I'm quite new to it, read about it on this thread. I've only got 800 points. I can never think of anything to post in the forum (you can get 100 points per post, up to 1000 points a day I think) so I have to rely on winning and I never win anything :rotfl:

I love how good it feels after i've had a good clear out :D Shame I very rarely have a good clear out :rotfl:

Thanks Hayley I might have a go at that. I love a little go on Bingo - i've played castle bingo locally and online but it costs so much money.

Well i'm nearly all done just having a quick cuppa and then off to fat club :( I know i've gained again so not looking forward to it!

I managed to get rid of 5 black bags and a huge box from the children's rooms so I am really pleased. I managed to salvage a few things that I could possibly sell on Ebay too but I've only ever sold 1 item and that was for 99p
Do you have to take it all down to the post office first to have it all weighed? Sorry bit of an amateur. It just seems to be an awful lost of hassle :(
