Going to bed with pants on just isn't right....except for ladies who need them to keep their pads secured to. Don't use pads so no need.

PJs are an optional extra in our house - I wear them when DH is on nightshift and I need the extra layer to keep me warm.

DH never wears PJs - he's hot enough in bed :p

DD (age 10) wears her PJs or nighties for a few days before leaving them lying somewhere and going to get a clean pair.

If we ever had a fire the neighbours would get an awful shock if I came running out starkers - there's always a blanket on the sofa to wrap myself in toga like if , God forbid, I ever had to make a sharp exit out the back door, but if it was the bedroom window I don't know what I'd do, since all our clothes live next door in the spare room- hopefully it wouldn't be over the shoulder of a fireman..:rotfl:

My 7 month old has a clean sleepsuit every night, because he's teething and is a dribble monster! The 3 year old has clean PJ's every few days unless she spils something down them or her pull up leaks. I don't iron them as personally, I'm happy without them being ironed - each to their own!

I hate socks and tights and I go barefoot whenever possible...I wear emu boots with no socks and lined crocs etc but when I do have to wear socks, they are invariably only ever on for half an hour or so, so I do usually wear them twice before washing.

Ohhhh I can't wear shoes without socks or tights (or pop socks :o). How people can wear shoes without anything else on their feet I don't know. Greasy, sweaty horrificness!!! Ew ew ewwwwww.

As for bras, I like M&S non wired t-shirt bras, so they can go in the washing machine and get washed after afew wears. I've got them in red, black, white and fawn so they go under whatever I wear.

    Jxx

PS: If GR says it's unhealthy not to free your foof then I must listen!!!! :D

Oh and I don't normally match bra and knickers, unless I'm wearing a black top in which case I'll be wearing a black bra which will match with my knickers as they're invariably black. For some reason I can't be doing with white knickers, although I do have afew pairs. And also I've got afew red tops (for days like today :D!!!!!) when I can match red bra with red knickers if I can be bothered to ferret for some amongst the black.

Really depends on the kind of shoe imo. I also have leather 'fitting' type boots which I need to wear socks with, but crocs and emus are fine without. :D

I always used to sleep nude until my sister had her house fire... After her experience of following a fireman down a ladder from her bedroom window wearing just a robe and then spending 3 hours in casualty in the same state... I always wear pyjamas now for fear of ever being in the same situation!

Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Actually I lied - Crocs I can do without socks. In fact you look a bit of a dimwit if you wear socks with crocs!! I spend most of the summer in my crocs!

  • clean pjs for everyone here, ds age 9 wears boxers because its not cool to wear pjs. dd 4 wears clean ones every night and baby 3 months clean baby grow every night . and me clean pjs every night .

and YES i iron everything in my house, pj's, pants, vests, tea towels and every item of clothing.

i may iron everything and people may say its a waste of time, but i work hard to buy nice clothes for me and my kids. and ironing keeps them nice . and for the mums who don't iron and say no one can tell the difference, total rubbish!!! i can tell and you can spot a child a mile away with non ironed clothes...... why spend money on good clothes not to take care of them?

    :o
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!

    Next, Bras.:D Answer:
    1. Change daily
    2. Have to match pants
    3. White with everything
    4. Black with everything
    5. Skintone with everything

    1. Nope never changed daily, only have two decent bras, all others are just too uncomfortable and for special occasions only. Will be wearing one bra whilst other one is being washed!
    2. Bra and pants NEVER match! Its not unknown for me to wear bright pink pants, black bra or any other colour pants but usually black bra!
    3. Have one white bra, see above!
    4. See above
    5. Don't own a skintone bra! Far too sensible!
