Open MALWAREBYTES and make sure you UPDATE as the definition file you have is well out of date. Make sure its version 1779 or above (On the UPDATE screen)
I believe your computers infected with some trojan or spyware
Then run another FULL scan

well now it says the 2nd version cant run as the first version is running ..... grrrr - its exactly the same thing and it cant establish a connection still - wow this laptop is winding me up today!
