    Open MALWAREBYTES and make sure you UPDATE as the definition file you have is well out of date. Make sure its version 1779 or above (On the UPDATE screen)
    I believe your computers infected with some trojan or spyware
    Then run another FULL scan

  • well now it says the 2nd version cant run as the first version is running ..... grrrr - its exactly the same thing and it cant establish a connection still - wow this laptop is winding me up today!

    a proxy .... possibly when I go to the (uni) library it is .... at home we are on Broadband.
