well I've done it all again and .... it asked me if I wanted to install the latest definitions etc, I said yes and now its saying "SUPERantispyware is not responding" all over again ........

I made 100% positive to click the latest download ...

SUPERANTISPYWARE is what I asked for you to remove

I have downloaded the above and again it says it is unable to create a connection .... I have tried opening one up for it but for some reason I cant use IE either (I normally use mozilla).
